Račun i prijava

Ne mogu se prijaviti. Što sad?

Najčešći uzrok: prijavljujete se drugačije nego što ste se registrirali. Ako ste račun izradili preko Googlea ili Applea, nemate lozinku – koristite taj gumb, ne polje za lozinku. Ostalo je u vodiču Rješavanje problema.

Registrirao sam se, ali ne vidim svoju zgradu.

Račun i zgrada su dva odvojena koraka. Izrada računa vas ne stavlja ni u jednu zgradu, čak i ako ste upisali adresu – zgradi se treba pridružiti. Vidi Lokacije i članstvo.

Kako trajno obrišem račun?

U postavkama, pod „Uredi profil" → „Izbriši račun". Prije toga otkažite pretplatu u Google Playu ili App Storeu – brisanje računa je ne otkazuje. Vidi Brisanje računa.

Zgrada i članstvo

Kako se pridružujem zgradi?

Na tri načina: skeniranjem QR koda, unosom tekstualnog koda ili dodirom na pozivnu poveznicu koju vam pošalje predstavnik stanara.

Zašto moj zahtjev još čeka odobrenje?

Vaša zgrada je uključila ručnu provjeru, pa predstavnik stanara svaki zahtjev pregleda osobno. U većini zgrada pristup je trenutan. Ako čekate predugo, podsjetite ga.

Mogu li biti član više zgrada istovremeno?

Da, bez ograničenja. Stan u kojem živite, stan koji iznajmljujete, poslovni prostor – pridružite se svima i prebacujte se između njih.

Zgrada mi je nestala s popisa.

Najčešće je istekla pretplata zgrade. Sadržaj nije izgubljen i vraća se čim predstavnik obnovi paket.

Uklonjen sam iz zgrade. Mogu li se vratiti?

Ne sami – novi zahtjev bit će odbijen. Ako je došlo do zabune, javite se predstavniku stanara. (Ako ste zgradu sami napustili, možete se slobodno vratiti.)

Objave i sadržaj

Tko vidi oglas koji objavim na oglasnoj ploči?

Ovisi što odaberete. Oglas zgrade vide samo vaši susjedi. Javni oglas vide i ljudi izvan zgrade, u krugu koji sami birate. Vidi Oglasna ploča.

Zašto ja ne mogu objaviti službenu obavijest?

Namjerno je ograničeno na predstavnika stanara – kad bi svatko mogao objaviti „službenu" obavijest, riječ bi izgubila značenje. Za sve ostalo tu su Grupni razgovor i Oglasna ploča.

Što se dogodi kad prijavim sadržaj?

Predstavnik stanara ga može pregledati i ukloniti za sve. To nije isto što i blokiranje – blokiranjem sadržaj skrivate samo sebi, ostali ga i dalje vide.

Mogu li promijeniti glas u anketi?

Ne. Glasati možete jednom i glas je konačan.

Privatnost

Tko vidi moj broj telefona i adresu?

Samo predstavnik stanara vaše zgrade, radi provjere da doista živite na toj adresi. Ostalim susjedima nisu vidljivi – oni vide vaše ime i profilnu sliku.

Prati li me aplikacija?

Ne. Jedino praćenje u pozadini je za vrijeme aktivne vožnje, uz vaš pristanak i uz stalno vidljivu obavijest. Vidi Privatnost i sigurnost.

Je li „anonimno" stvarno anonimno?

Vaše ime se ne prikazuje drugima, ali sadržaj u pozadini ostaje povezan s vašim računom – to sprječava zlouporabu. Anonimno prema susjedima, ne i nepovezano sa sustavom.

Plaćanje

Moram li platiti korištenje aplikacije?

Za stanare je Conexa besplatna. Pretplatu plaća zgrada.

Platio sam, a ništa se nije dogodilo.

Prava se otvaraju tek kad trgovina potvrdi kupnju, što zna potrajati koju minutu. Ne kupujte ponovno – prvo provjerite povijest kupnji, da ne platite dvaput.

Otkazuje li brisanje računa moju pretplatu?

Ne. Pretplatom upravlja Google Play odnosno App Store i morate je otkazati zasebno.

Ne radi mi nešto

Ne stižu mi obavijesti.

Prvo provjerite jesu li dopuštene u postavkama telefona (Aplikacije → Conexa) – to je najčešći uzrok. Zatim provjerite uštedu baterije. Vidi Obavijesti.

Popis je prazan, ne vidim grad ni naselje.

Aplikacija ne zna gdje ste. Uključite lokaciju i dajte joj dopuštenje u postavkama telefona.

Ne vidim isti modul kao susjed.

Ili ga je predstavnik isključio, ili je zgrada neaktivna, ili ta radnja pripada drugoj ulozi. Vidi Uloge, ovlasti i navigacija.

Account and signing in

I cannot sign in. Now what?

The most common cause: you are signing in differently from how you registered. If you created your account with Google or Apple, you have no password – use that button, not the password field. There is more in Troubleshooting.

I registered, but I cannot see my building.

Your account and a building are two separate steps. Creating an account does not put you in any building, even if you entered your address – you have to join it. See Locations and membership.

How do I permanently delete my account?

In settings, under “Edit profile” → “Delete account”. Before that, cancel your subscription in Google Play or the App Store – deleting your account does not cancel it. See Account deletion.

Buildings and membership

How do I join a building?

Three ways: scanning a QR code, entering a text code, or tapping an invitation link sent by your building representative.

Why is my request still waiting for approval?

Your building has switched on manual review, so the representative looks at every request personally. In most buildings access is immediate. If you have waited too long, give them a nudge.

Can I be a member of several buildings at once?

Yes, with no limit. The flat you live in, the flat you rent out, a business unit – join them all and switch between them.

My building has vanished from the list.

Usually the building’s subscription has expired. Nothing is lost and it all comes back the moment your representative renews.

I was removed from a building. Can I come back?

Not by yourself – a new request will be declined. If it was a mistake, contact your building representative. (If you left the building yourself, you are free to rejoin.)

Posts and content

Who sees an ad I post on the bulletin board?

It depends what you choose. A building post is seen only by your neighbours. A public ad is seen outside the building too, within a radius you pick. See Bulletin board.

Why can I not post an official notice?

It is deliberately limited to your building representative – if anyone could post an “official” notice, the word would lose its meaning. For everything else there is Group chat and the Bulletin board.

What happens when I report content?

Your building representative can review it and remove it for everyone. That is not the same as blocking – blocking hides content from you alone; everyone else still sees it.

Can I change my vote in a poll?

No. You vote once and the vote is final.

Privacy

Who sees my phone number and address?

Only your building’s representative, to check that you really do live at that address. Other neighbours cannot see them – they see your name and profile picture.

Does the app track me?

No. The only background tracking is during an active ride, with your consent and a notification visible throughout. See Privacy and security.

Is “anonymous” really anonymous?

Your name is not shown to others, but behind the scenes the content stays linked to your account – that prevents misuse. Anonymous to your neighbours, not unlinked from the system.

Payment

Do I have to pay to use the app?

For residents, Conexa is free. The building pays the subscription.

I paid and nothing happened.

Rights open up only once the store confirms the purchase, which can take a minute or two. Do not buy again – check your purchase history first, so you do not pay twice.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store and you have to cancel separately.

Something is not working

Notifications are not arriving.

First check they are allowed in your phone’s settings (Apps → Conexa) – that is the most common cause. Then check battery saver. See Notifications.

The list is empty and I cannot see a city or area.

The app does not know where you are. Turn location on and give it permission in your phone’s settings.

I cannot see the same feature as my neighbour.

Either your representative switched it off, or the building is inactive, or that action belongs to another role. See Roles, permissions, and navigation.
