Što je lokacija, kako se pridružiti zgradi ili kreirati novu te što znače pojedini statusi vašeg članstva.
Što je lokacija?
U Conexi je lokacija vaša zgrada – ali i stambeni blok, niz kuća ili bilo koja organizirana susjedska zajednica. Gotovo sve što radite u aplikaciji događa se unutar lokacije: razgovori, obavijesti, dokumenti. Tako sadržaj vaše zgrade ostaje vaš i ne vide ga ljudi koji u njoj ne žive.
Zapamtite jedno: izrada računa i pridruživanje zgradi dvije su različite stvari. Dok se ne pridružite zgradi, aplikacija je prazna.
Pridruživanje zgradi
Ako je vaša zgrada već na Conexi, predstavnik stanara ima tri načina da vas pozove. Sva tri vode na isto mjesto – potvrdu na kojoj vidite naziv i adresu zgrade prije nego što bilo što potvrdite:
- QR kod – predstavnik ga može ispisati i objesiti u ulazu ili vam ga poslati. U aplikaciji odaberite „Pridruži se lokaciji" pa „Skeniraj QR kod" i usmjerite kameru.
- Tekstualni kod – ako radije upisujete, odaberite „Unesi kod ručno" i prepišite kod koji ste dobili.
- Pozivna poveznica – predstavnik vam pošalje link, primjerice porukom. Dodirom na link otvara se Conexa i odmah vas dovodi do potvrde. Ako aplikaciju tek instalirate, poziv će vas strpljivo čekati i pojaviti se čim se prvi put prijavite.
Nakon potvrde ste unutra. U većini zgrada pristup je trenutan. Neki predstavnici uključe ručnu provjeru radi dodatne sigurnosti – u tom slučaju vaš zahtjev čeka njihovo odobrenje, o čemu vas aplikacija obavijesti.
Kreiranje nove zgrade
Vaše zgrade još nema na Conexi? Onda je vi možete dovesti. Odaberite „Kreiraj lokaciju", unesite naziv, adresu i osnovne podatke – i gotovi ste.
Osoba koja kreira zgradu postaje njezin prvi administrator, odnosno predstavnik stanara. To znači da vi pozivate susjede, birate koje se mogućnosti koriste i brinete o postavkama zgrade. Što sve to obuhvaća, pročitajte u sekciji Za administratore.
Zgrada se odmah aktivira, a paket i uvjete korištenja birate naknadno – pojedinosti su u vodiču Pretplate, plaćanje i krediti.
Statusi vašeg članstva
Tijekom vremena vaše članstvo može biti u jednom od ovih stanja:
- Aktivno – sve radi. Imate pristup svim mogućnostima koje je vaša zgrada uključila.
- Na čekanju – zgrada traži ručno odobrenje i predstavnik stanara još nije potvrdio vaš zahtjev. Do tada ne vidite sadržaj zgrade. Ako čekanje potraje, slobodno ga podsjetite.
- Napustili ste zgradu – ako se odselite, u postavkama možete napustiti zgradu. Nestajete s popisa stanara i gubite pristup sadržaju. Predomislite li se, možete se ponovno pridružiti na isti način kao i prvi put.
- Uklonjeni ste – predstavnik stanara može ukloniti nekoga tko više ne pripada zgradi. Za razliku od dobrovoljnog odlaska, ovdje se ne možete sami vratiti: novi zahtjev bit će odbijen. Ako je došlo do zabune, obratite se predstavniku stanara svoje zgrade.
Sadržaj zgrade i sadržaj susjedstva
Conexa razlikuje dvije vrste sadržaja, i to je namjerno.
Sadržaj vaše zgrade – chat, službene obavijesti, dokumenti, raspored čišćenja snijega – zatvoren je i vidljiv isključivo članovima te zgrade.
Sadržaj susjedstva – lokalne objave, oglasi, događanja u kvartu – prikazuje se prema tome gdje se nalazite i vide ga svi u okolici, bez obzira na to u kojoj zgradi žive. Zato ćete vijest o izgubljenoj mački doista i vidjeti ljudi koji vam mogu pomoći.
Česta pitanja
Mogu li biti član više zgrada istovremeno?
Da, i to bez ograničenja. Stan u kojem živite, stan koji iznajmljujete, poslovni prostor, kuća na moru – pridružite se svima i prebacujte se između njih na popisu svojih lokacija. Ako ste član samo jedne zgrade, aplikacija vas pri ulasku odmah vodi ravno u nju.
Zašto moj zahtjev još čeka odobrenje?
Vaša zgrada je uključila ručnu provjeru, što znači da predstavnik stanara svaki zahtjev pregleda osobno. To je sigurnosna mjera i posve je uobičajena. Ako čekate dulje nego što vam se čini razumnim, javite se predstavniku – vjerojatno mu je promaklo.
Što se događa ako napustim zgradu?
Gubite pristup njezinim razgovorima i sadržaju, ali vaš račun ostaje netaknut. I dalje ste u Conexi, i dalje ste u svojim ostalim zgradama, i u svakom trenutku se možete pridružiti nekoj novoj.
Zgrada mi je nestala s popisa. Što se dogodilo?
Najčešće je istekla pretplata zgrade. Sadržaj nije izgubljen i vraća se čim predstavnik stanara obnovi paket – njemu zgrada ostaje vidljiva cijelo vrijeme.
Locations and membership
What a location is, how to join a building or create a new one, and what each membership status means.
What is a location?
In Conexa, a location is your building – but also a housing block, a row of houses, or any organised neighbourhood community. Almost everything you do in the app happens inside a location: conversations, notices, documents. That way your building’s content stays yours, and people who do not live there cannot see it.
Remember one thing: creating an account and joining a building are two different things. Until you join a building, the app is empty.
Joining a building
If your building is already on Conexa, your building representative has three ways to invite you. All three lead to the same place – a confirmation showing the building’s name and address before you agree to anything:
- A QR code – your representative can print it and put it up in the entrance, or send it to you. In the app choose “Join location”, then “Scan QR code”, and point your camera at it.
- A text code – if you would rather type, choose “Enter code manually” and copy in the code you were given.
- An invitation link – your representative sends you a link, by message for instance. Tapping it opens Conexa and takes you straight to the confirmation. If you are only just installing the app, the invitation waits patiently and appears the moment you first sign in.
Once you confirm, you are in. In most buildings access is immediate. Some representatives switch on manual review for extra safety – in that case your request waits for their approval, and the app lets you know.
Creating a new building
Your building is not on Conexa yet? Then you can be the one to bring it. Choose “Create location”, enter the name, address, and basic details – and that is that.
Whoever creates a building becomes its first administrator, that is, its building representative. It means you invite the neighbours, choose which features are used, and look after the building’s settings. What that involves is covered in the For administrators section.
The building is activated right away, and you choose a plan and terms afterwards – the details are in Subscriptions, payment, and credits.
Your membership statuses
Over time, your membership can be in one of these states:
- Active – everything works. You have access to every feature your building has switched on.
- Pending – the building asks for manual approval and your representative has not confirmed your request yet. Until then you cannot see the building’s content. If the wait drags on, feel free to give them a nudge.
- You left the building – if you move away, you can leave the building from settings. You disappear from the resident list and lose access to the content. Change your mind and you can rejoin, the same way as the first time.
- You were removed – a building representative can remove someone who no longer belongs to the building. Unlike leaving voluntarily, you cannot bring yourself back: a new request will be declined. If this was a mistake, contact your building representative.
Building content and neighbourhood content
Conexa distinguishes between two kinds of content, and that is deliberate.
Your building’s content – chat, official notices, documents, the snow-clearing rota – is closed and visible only to members of that building.
Neighbourhood content – local posts, classifieds, things happening nearby – is shown based on where you are and is visible to everyone in the area, whichever building they live in. That is why news about a lost cat actually reaches the people who can help.
Frequently asked questions
Can I be a member of several buildings at once?
Yes, with no limit. The flat you live in, the flat you rent out, a business unit, a house by the sea – join them all and switch between them in your list of locations. If you belong to only one building, the app takes you straight into it when you sign in.
Why is my request still waiting for approval?
Your building has turned on manual review, which means the representative looks at every request personally. It is a safety measure and entirely normal. If you have been waiting longer than seems reasonable, get in touch with your representative – it has most likely slipped past them.
What happens if I leave a building?
You lose access to its conversations and content, but your account is untouched. You are still in Conexa, still in your other buildings, and you can join a new one whenever you like.
My building has vanished from the list. What happened?
Most often the building’s subscription has expired. Nothing is lost, and it all comes back the moment your representative renews the plan – for them, the building stays visible the whole time.
