Čemu služi grupni razgovor?

Zaboravite deset različitih WhatsApp grupa i poruke koje se izgube. Grupni razgovor je chat vaše zgrade i ničiji drugi – ovdje se dogovarate oko sitnica, pitate je li netko vidio dostavljača, javljate da je nestala voda ili jednostavno pozdravite susjedstvo.

Za objave koje susjedi trebaju vidjeti danima, a ne minutama, bolja je Oglasna ploča.

Što možete raditi

• Poruke i fotografije. Pošaljite tekst ili sliku; slike se otvaraju preko cijelog zaslona.
• Odgovor na poruku. Odgovorite izravno na točno određenu poruku pa se zna na što se odnosi, čak i kad razgovor odluta.
• Reakcije. Označite poruku sa sviđa ili ne sviđa umjesto da pišete „ok" deset puta.
• Dijeljenje. Korisnu poruku ili sliku proslijedite kroz druge aplikacije na telefonu.
• Prijava i blokiranje. Neprimjerenu poruku prijavite predstavniku stanara, a autora možete i osobno blokirati.

Tko vidi razgovor

Isključivo stanari vaše zgrade s aktivnim članstvom. Nitko izvan zgrade ne vidi poruke ni fotografije. Ako netko napusti zgradu ili bude uklonjen, gubi pristup razgovoru.

Ako slanje poruke sa slikom ne uspije, Conexa sama počisti već prenesenu fotografiju da ne ostane visjeti nigdje.

Rješavanje problema

• Poruka ne odlazi. Provjerite internetsku vezu i je li predstavnik uključio razgovor za vašu zgradu.
• Slika ne prolazi. Provjerite je li aplikaciji dopušten pristup galeriji ili kameri. Slika ne smije biti veća od 10 MB.
• Ne vidim nečiju profilnu sliku. Ta osoba je još nije postavila, pa stoji zadani avatar.

Tko sve može čitati moje poruke?

Samo stanari vaše zgrade koji imaju aktivno članstvo.

Briše li blokiranje poruke tog susjeda za cijelu zgradu?

Ne. Blokiranje je vaša osobna odluka i poruke se skrivaju samo vama – ostali ih i dalje vide. Ako smatrate da poruka krši pravila zgrade, prijavite je; tada je predstavnik stanara može pregledati i ukloniti za sve.

Mogu li obrisati poruku koju sam poslao?

Poruke u razgovoru su trajne. Prije slanja razmislite isto kao i u svakoj drugoj grupi – ovo su ljudi s kojima dijelite ulaz.

Group chat

Your building’s shared chat – messages, pictures, replies, reporting, and blocking.

What is group chat for?

Forget ten different WhatsApp groups and messages that get lost. Group chat is your building’s chat and nobody else’s – this is where you sort out the small stuff, ask whether anyone has seen the delivery driver, report that the water is off, or simply say hello to the neighbourhood.

For posts your neighbours need to see for days rather than minutes, the Bulletin board is a better fit.

What you can do

• Messages and photos. Send text or a picture; pictures open full-screen.
• Reply to a message. Reply to one specific message so it is clear what you mean, even when the conversation has wandered.
• Reactions. Mark a message with a like or dislike instead of writing “ok” ten times over.
• Sharing. Pass a useful message or picture on through other apps on your phone.
• Reporting and blocking. Report an inappropriate message to your building representative, and block its author for yourself.

Who sees the chat

Only residents of your building with an active membership. Nobody outside the building sees the messages or the photos. If someone leaves the building or is removed, they lose access to the chat.

If sending a message with a picture fails, Conexa cleans up the already uploaded photo itself, so nothing is left hanging around.

Troubleshooting

• My message will not send. Check your internet connection and whether your representative has switched the chat on for your building.
• A picture will not go through. Check that the app is allowed access to your gallery or camera. The picture must not be larger than 10 MB.
• I cannot see someone’s profile picture. They have not set one yet, so the default avatar shows instead.

Who can read my messages?

Only residents of your building who have an active membership.

Does blocking delete that neighbour’s messages for the whole building?

No. Blocking is your own personal decision and the messages are hidden from you alone – everyone else still sees them. If you believe a message breaks your building’s rules, report it; your representative can then review it and remove it for everyone.

Can I delete a message I sent?

Messages in the chat are permanent. Think before sending, just as you would in any other group – these are the people you share an entrance with.
