Čemu služi oglasna ploča?

Oglasna ploča je za ono što susjedi trebaju vidjeti danima, a ne minutama. U razgovoru se poruka izgubi za pola sata; ovdje ostaje stajati dok je ne maknete.

Dvije vrste oglasa

Kod svakog oglasa birate tko ga vidi, i to je najvažnija odluka pri objavi:

• Oglas zgrade – vide ga samo vaši susjedi. Najava sastanka, dogovor o kućnom redu, poziv na zajedničko sređivanje dvorišta.
• Javni oglas – vide ga i ljudi izvan vaše zgrade, u krugu koji sami odaberete. Prodajete sofu, tražite izgubljenu mačku, nudite instrukcije.

Doseg javnog oglasa

Kod javnog oglasa birate koliko daleko seže:

• 1 km – besplatno. Vaše neposredno susjedstvo.
• 5 km i 15 km – šira okolica, uz naplatu. Ima smisla kad prodajete nešto vrjednije ili nudite uslugu.

Plaćeni doseg naplaćuje se kroz kredite; pojedinosti su u vodiču Pretplate, plaćanje i krediti. Ako imate nepodmiren dug za kredite, objava plaćenog oglasa bit će zaustavljena dok ga ne riješite.

Oglasi zgrade nemaju doseg ni cijenu – oni su uvijek besplatni i ostaju unutar zgrade.

Što možete raditi s oglasima

Otvorite oglas, pročitajte detalje, komentirajte, dodajte reakciju, podijelite ga dalje ili prijavite ako je neprimjeren. Svoj oglas možete urediti ili obrisati kad god poželite. Predstavnik stanara može ukloniti oglas unutar zgrade ako krši pravila.

U oglas dodajte i fotografije – slika sofe vrijedi više od tri odlomka opisa. Ako odustanete usred izrade oglasa, Conexa sama počisti već prenesene slike.

Rješavanje problema

• Javni dio ploče je prazan. Javni oglasi se prikazuju prema tome gdje se nalazite, pa aplikaciji treba dopuštenje za lokaciju. Provjerite je li uključeno i imate li signal.
• Ne mogu komentirati. Provjerite vezu i jeste li prijavljeni.
• Slika ne prolazi. Slika mora biti manja od 10 MB i u uobičajenom formatu (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF ili HEIC).

Zašto ne vidim javne oglase iz susjedstva?

Najčešće zato što aplikacija nema dopuštenje za lokaciju ili je GPS isključen. Bez toga ne zna koje vam susjedstvo prikazati.

Po čemu se ovo razlikuje od Lokalnih objava?

Oglasna ploča kreće od vaše zgrade i tek onda se po želji širi prema susjedstvu. Lokalne objave nisu vezane ni za jednu zgradu – to je sadržaj cijelog kvarta.

Bulletin board

Building posts and neighbourhood ads, with a choice of reach and room for comments.

What is the bulletin board for?

The bulletin board is for what your neighbours need to see for days, not minutes. In a chat a message is lost within half an hour; here it stays up until you take it down.

Two kinds of post

For every post you choose who sees it, and that is the most important decision you make:

• A building post – only your neighbours see it. A meeting announcement, an agreement about house rules, an invitation to tidy the yard together.
• A public ad – people outside your building see it too, within a radius you choose yourself. You are selling a sofa, looking for a lost cat, offering tutoring.

How far a public ad reaches

With a public ad you choose how far it goes:

• 1 km – free. Your immediate neighbourhood.
• 5 km and 15 km – the wider area, for a fee. Worth it when you are selling something of value or offering a service.

Paid reach is charged through credits; the details are in Subscriptions, payment, and credits. If you have an outstanding credit debt, posting a paid ad will be blocked until you settle it.

Building posts have no reach and no price – they are always free and stay inside the building.

What you can do with posts

Open a post, read the details, comment, add a reaction, share it, or report it if it is inappropriate. You can edit or delete your own post whenever you like. Your building representative can remove a post inside the building if it breaks the rules.

Add photos too – a picture of the sofa is worth more than three paragraphs of description. If you abandon a post halfway through, Conexa cleans up the already uploaded pictures itself.

Troubleshooting

• The public part of the board is empty. Public ads are shown based on where you are, so the app needs permission for your location. Check that it is on and that you have a signal.
• I cannot comment. Check your connection and that you are signed in.
• A picture will not go through. It must be smaller than 10 MB and in a common format (JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, or HEIC).

Frequently asked questions

Who can delete my post?

You as the author at any time, and your building representative if the post breaks the building’s rules.

Why can I not see public ads from the neighbourhood?

Usually because the app has no location permission or GPS is switched off. Without it, it cannot tell which neighbourhood to show you.

How is this different from Local posts?

The bulletin board starts from your building and only reaches out to the neighbourhood if you want it to. Local posts are not tied to any building – that is content for the whole area.
