Uloge, ovlasti i navigacija
Tko što smije u Conexi – stanar, predstavnik stanara, serviser, partner – i kako se krećete kroz aplikaciju.
Uloge se ne preklapaju
U Conexi postoji nekoliko uloga i lako ih je pomiješati. Najvažnije pravilo: svaka se dobiva zasebno i nijedna ne podrazumijeva drugu. Možete ih imati više odjednom, ali jedna vam neće otvoriti vrata koja pripadaju drugoj.
Stanar
Ovdje svi počinju. Uređujete svoj profil, pridružujete se zgradama i koristite ono što je vaša zajednica uključila.
Predstavnik stanara
Vodi jednu konkretnu zgradu: upravlja članovima, bira koje se mogućnosti koriste, objavljuje službene obavijesti, dodaje dokumente, vodi rasporede.
Ovlasti vrijede samo za tu zgradu. Ako ste predstavnik u jednoj zgradi, a običan stanar u drugoj, u drugoj ste običan stanar. Ovlast ne putuje s vama.
Vlasnik zgrade
Osoba koja je zgradu kreirala. Automatski je i njezin predstavnik stanara i ne može ostati bez tih ovlasti – da zgrada nikada ne ostane bez nikoga tko je vodi.
Serviser
Majstor koji prima zahtjeve za popravke i šalje ponude. Traži zaseban serviserski profil – obična registracija vas ne čini serviserom. Vidi Popravci i serviseri.
Poslovni i partnerski korisnik
Poslovni profil predstavlja vašu tvrtku. Partnerski status otvara partnersku nadzornu ploču. Ni jedno ni drugo ne daje ovlasti nad zgradom.
Conexa osoblje
Naša interna uloga, za održavanje sustava i objavu letaka. Ne čini nas članovima ni predstavnicima vaše zgrade. Vaša zgrada ostaje vaša.
Kako se dobiva ovlast predstavnika
Na dva načina: kreiranjem zgrade ili tako da vam je postojeći predstavnik dodijeli kroz detalje člana.
Nitko si ne može sam dodijeliti tu ulogu. To nije stvar toga koji se gumb vidi – provjerava se u sustavu, pa zaobilaženje aplikacije ne pomaže.
Savjet: gdje god je moguće, neka zgrada ima barem dva predstavnika. Ako jedini predstavnik izgubi telefon ili se odseli, zajednica ostaje bez ikoga tko može upravljati.
Uklanjanje i blokiranje – tri različite stvari
- Uklanjanje iz zgrade – osoba gubi pristup toj zgradi. Njezin Conexa račun i dalje postoji, kao i članstvo u drugim zgradama.
- Ograničavanje sadržaja – predstavnik može ukloniti neprimjerenu objavu ili poruku za sve.
- Osobno blokiranje – vaša odluka da nekoga ne vidite. Vrijedi samo za vas; ostali ga i dalje vide.

Kretanje kroz aplikaciju
Nakon prijave dolazite na popis svojih zgrada. Ako imate samo jednu, aplikacija vas odmah vodi u nju. Otvaranjem zgrade ulazite u njezino sučelje, gdje se nalazi sve što je ta zajednica uključila.
Izbornik zgrade dodatno vodi prema susjedstvu, izradi ili pridruživanju novoj zgradi, postavkama i vašem profilu. Partnerska nadzorna ploča prikazuje se samo aktivnim partnerima.
Zašto ne vidim isto što i susjed
Tri su moguća razloga:
- Predstavnik je taj dio isključio za vašu zgradu.
- Zgrada je neaktivna – istekla je pretplata ili probno razdoblje.
- Vaša uloga nema tu ovlast – primjerice, samo predstavnik može objaviti službenu obavijest.
Ako mislite da nešto nedostaje, prvo osvježite popis zgrada, pa pitajte predstavnika.
Česta pitanja
Je li Conexa osoblje automatski administrator moje zgrade?
Nije. Naša globalna uloga i članstvo u vašoj zgradi dvije su odvojene stvari.
Mogu li sam sebe postaviti za predstavnika?
Ne. Ili ste kreirali zgradu, ili vam ovlast dodjeljuje postojeći predstavnik.
Ako sam predstavnik u jednoj zgradi, jesam li i u drugoj?
Niste. Ovlast vrijedi samo za zgradu u kojoj vam je dodijeljena.
Roles, permissions, and navigation
Who may do what in Conexa – resident, building representative, servicer, partner – and how you move around the app.
The roles do not overlap
Conexa has several roles and they are easy to mix up. The most important rule: each is obtained separately and none implies another. You can hold several at once, but one will not open doors that belong to another.
Resident
Where everyone starts. You edit your profile, join buildings, and use whatever your community has switched on.
Building representative
Runs one specific building: manages members, chooses which features are used, posts official notices, adds documents, keeps the rotas.
The permissions apply to that building only. If you are a representative in one building and an ordinary resident in another, in the second one you are an ordinary resident. Authority does not travel with you.
Building owner
The person who created the building. They are automatically its representative too and cannot be stripped of that – so a building is never left with nobody running it.
Servicer
A tradesperson who receives repair requests and sends offers. This needs a separate servicer profile – ordinary registration does not make you one. See Repairs and servicers.
Business and partner users
A business profile represents your company. Partner status opens the partner dashboard. Neither grants any authority over a building.
Conexa staff
Our internal role, for maintaining the system and publishing flyers. It does not make us members or representatives of your building. Your building stays yours.
How you become a representative
Two ways: by creating a building, or by having an existing representative assign it to you through your member details.
Nobody can assign themselves the role. It is not a matter of which button is visible – it is checked in the system, so going around the app does not help.
A tip: wherever possible, a building should have at least two representatives. If the only one loses their phone or moves away, the community is left with nobody who can manage anything.
Removing and blocking – three different things
- Removal from a building – the person loses access to that building. Their Conexa account still exists, as does their membership of other buildings.
- Content moderation – a representative can remove an inappropriate post or message for everyone.
- Personal blocking – your own decision not to see someone. It applies to you alone; everyone else still sees them.

Moving around the app
After signing in you land on the list of your buildings. If you only have one, the app takes you straight into it. Opening a building takes you into its interface, where everything that community has switched on lives.
The building menu also leads to the neighbourhood, to creating or joining a new building, to settings, and to your profile. The partner dashboard appears only for active partners.
Why I do not see the same as my neighbour
Three possible reasons:
- Your representative switched that feature off for your building.
- The building is inactive – the subscription or trial has run out.
- Your role does not have that permission – only a representative can post an official notice, for instance.
If you think something is missing, refresh your list of buildings first, then ask your representative.
Frequently asked questions
Are Conexa staff automatically administrators of my building?
No. Our global role and membership of your building are two separate things.
Can I make myself a representative?
No. Either you created the building, or an existing representative assigns you the role.
If I am a representative in one building, am I one in another?
You are not. The permission applies only to the building where it was granted.
