Kako nam se javiti, što nam poslati i što od nas nikada nećete čuti.
Zapelo je nešto, imate prijedlog ili vam samo nešto nije jasno? Javite se. Iza Conexe stoje ljudi i čitamo sve.
Kako nam se javiti
- Iz aplikacije – „Zatraži pomoć". Najbrži put. Gumb je na početnom zaslonu i radi i prije nego se prijavite, pa je pravi izbor kad je problem baš s prijavom. Napišite poruku, a ime i kontakt ostavite ako želite odgovor.
- E-mailom na info@conexa.life.
- Preko obrasca na stranici Kontakt.
Što nam poslati
Da ne bismo pisali pet poruka prije nego shvatimo o čemu je riječ:
- Što ste radili kada je zapelo.
- Što ste očekivali i što se umjesto toga dogodilo.
- Koji telefon koristite i je li Android ili iPhone.
- Snimku zaslona, ako je moguće – vrijedi kao tisuću riječi.
Prije nego pišete, bacite oko na Rješavanje problema – dobar dio poteškoća ondje se riješi u minuti.
Što nam nikada ne šaljite
Lozinku, PIN, podatke o kartici. Naša podrška ih nikada neće tražiti. Ako vas netko za to pita u ime Conexe, nismo mi – i javite nam.
Ne šaljite ni tuđe osobne podatke ako nisu nužni za rješavanje problema.
Pitanja koja nisu za nas
Nešto možemo riješiti samo mi, a nešto uopće nije naše:
- Pridruživanje zgradi, odobrenje zahtjeva, uloga predstavnika – to vodi predstavnik stanara vaše zgrade. Mi ne odlučujemo tko ulazi u vašu zgradu.
- Povrat novca i otkazivanje pretplate – to je stvar Google Playa odnosno App Storea. Vidi Pretplate, plaćanje i krediti.
- Dogovor s majstorom ili prodavateljem – Conexa vas povezuje, ali u sam dogovor ne ulazi.

Something stuck, got a suggestion, or just not clear? Get in touch. There are people behind Conexa and we read everything.
How to reach us
- From the app – “Request help”. The quickest route. The button is on the opening screen and works before you sign in, which makes it the right choice when the problem is signing in. Write your message, and leave your name and contact if you want a reply.
- By email at info@conexa.life.
- Through the form on our Contact page.
What to send us
So we do not exchange five messages before working out what happened:
- What you were doing when it went wrong.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- Which phone you use, and whether it is Android or iPhone.
- A screenshot, if you can – worth a thousand words.

What never to send us
Your password, PIN, or card details. Our support will never ask for them. If someone asks you for them in Conexa’s name, it is not us – and please tell us.
Do not send other people’s personal details either, unless they are necessary to solve the problem.
Questions that are not for us
Some things only we can sort out, and some are not ours at all:
- Joining a building, approving requests, the representative role – that is run by your building’s representative. We do not decide who gets into your building.
- Refunds and cancelling subscriptions – that is a matter for Google Play or the App Store. See Subscriptions, payment, and credits.
- Arrangements with a tradesperson or seller – Conexa connects you, but does not get involved in the deal itself.
