Kako trajno izbrisati Conexa račun – korak po korak, i što svakako učiniti prije toga.
Ako više ne želite koristiti Conexu, račun možete trajno izbrisati sami. Ovdje je kako, i na što paziti.
Prvo otkažite pretplatu
Ovo je najvažniji korak i lako ga je preskočiti. Brisanje Conexa računa ne otkazuje pretplatu koju ste kupili u trgovini. Pretplatama upravlja Google Play odnosno App Store, a ne mi – i naplata se može nastaviti i nakon što računa više nema.
Zato pretplatu otkažite prije brisanja, u postavkama svog telefona:
- Android: Google Play → izbornik računa → Pretplate.
- iPhone: Postavke → vaše ime → Pretplate.

Brisanje u aplikaciji
- Otvorite postavke pa „Uredi profil".
- Odaberite „Izbriši račun".
- Pročitajte upozorenje i potvrdite.
- Potvrdite svoj identitet. Aplikacija će vas zamoliti da unesete lozinku ili se ponovno prijavite Google računom – ovisno o tome kako se inače prijavljujete.
Zadnji korak zna iznenaditi, ali postoji s dobrim razlogom: da netko tko vam dohvati otključan telefon ne može u dva dodira obrisati sve što imate.

Što se briše
Trajno se uklanjaju vaš profil, osobni podaci, članstva u zgradama, uloge i sadržaj koji ste objavili.
Brisanje je trajno i ne može se poništiti. Nema koša za smeće ni razdoblja predomišljanja. Ako niste sigurni, umjesto brisanja se jednostavno odjavite – odjava ne briše ništa i sve vas čeka kad se vratite.
Prije nego kliknete
- Jeste li otkazali pretplatu? Ako niste, vratite se gore.
- Vodite li zgradu? Ako ste jedini predstavnik stanara, prvo prepustite ulogu nekome – inače zajednica ostaje bez ikoga tko njome upravlja. Vidi Administracija lokacije.
- Trebate li nešto sačuvati? Zapisnike, očitanja ili druge dokumente izvezite ili spremite prije brisanja.

Ne. Brisanje je trajno.
Otkazuje li brisanje računa moju pretplatu?
Ne, i zato to ističemo. Pretplatu morate otkazati zasebno u Google Playu ili App Storeu.
Zašto moram unijeti lozinku ako sam već prijavljen?
Radi vaše sigurnosti – da netko drugi ne može obrisati vaš račun s vašeg otključanog telefona.
Account deletion
How to permanently delete your Conexa account – step by step, and what to do first.
If you no longer want to use Conexa, you can permanently delete your account yourself. Here is how, and what to watch out for.
Cancel your subscription first
This is the most important step and it is easy to skip. Deleting your Conexa account does not cancel a subscription you bought in a store. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us – and billing can continue after your account is gone.
So cancel the subscription before deleting, in your phone’s settings:
- Android: Google Play → account menu → Subscriptions.
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Deleting in the app
- Open settings, then “Edit profile”.
- Choose “Delete account”.
- Read the warning and confirm.
- Confirm your identity. The app will ask you to enter your password or sign in with Google again – depending on how you normally sign in.
That last step can come as a surprise, but it is there for a good reason: so that someone who gets hold of your unlocked phone cannot wipe everything you have in two taps.

What gets deleted
Your profile, personal data, building memberships, roles, and the content you posted are permanently removed.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. There is no bin and no cooling-off period. If you are not sure, simply sign out instead – signing out deletes nothing and everything is waiting when you come back.
Before you tap
- Have you cancelled your subscription? If not, go back up.
- Do you run a building? If you are its only representative, hand the role to someone first – otherwise the community is left with nobody managing it. See Location administration.
- Is there anything you need to keep? Export or save minutes, meter readings, or other documents before deleting.

Can I change my mind after deleting?
No. Deletion is permanent.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No, which is why we keep saying it. You have to cancel separately in Google Play or the App Store.
Why do I have to enter my password if I am already signed in?
For your own safety – so that nobody else can delete your account from your unlocked phone.
