Predstavite se susjedima, spremite svoje podatke i prilagodite Conexu sebi.

Uredno ispunjen profil pomaže susjedima i predstavniku da znaju tko ste. Podatke i fotografiju možete urediti u Conexa aplikaciji.

Uredite profil u tri koraka

  1. Otvorite „Uredi profil”. Tu mogućnost pronaći ćete u svom profilu ili u Postavkama.
  2. Provjerite svoje podatke. Upišite ime i prezime, a za svoju zgradu dopunite kat i broj stana. Ostale podatke i fotografiju dodajte prema potrebi.
  3. Spremite promjene. Pritisnite „Spremi profil” i pričekajte poruku da je profil ažuriran. Ako nešto nedostaje ili nije ispravno, Conexa će vas upozoriti.

Želite sudjelovati u službenom glasovanju? Nakon profila otvorite „Službeno glasovanje” u Postavkama i slijedite dva koraka pripreme. Ondje potvrđujete službenu e-poštu i pratite odobrenje predstavnika.

E-pošta za prijavu i službeno glasovanje

Adresa prikazana u profilu služi za prijavu i ne mijenja se tim obrascem. Službenu adresu za dostavu postavljate zasebno, u dijelu za službeno glasovanje; može biti ista ili druga.

Potvrda e-pošte za prijavu sama ne uključuje službenu dostavu. Samo spremanje profila također ne potvrđuje članstvo ni pravo glasovanja. Conexa vas kroz tu pripremu vodi u uputama za glasovanje.

Postavke koje možete prilagoditi

U Postavkama možete odabrati jezik, podesiti obavijesti i redoslijed modula. U Pristupačnosti možete povećati tekst, uključiti veći kontrast i smanjiti animacije; te postavke vrijede na tom uređaju. Dostupne mogućnosti ovise o vašoj ulozi i uređaju.

Na webu u računu možete odabrati matično naselje za lokalni sadržaj. Potpuno uređivanje profila i fotografije dostupno je u aplikaciji; web može ponuditi dopunu pojedinih podataka za određene usluge.

Postavke vode i do pretplate, uvjeta korištenja i privatnosti. Za pristup svojim podacima ili druge zahtjeve otvorite prava privatnosti u profilu. Više o privatnosti.

Što znači Conexa reputacija

Reputacija uz profil pokazuje doprinos zajednici. Dodirnite je za pregled bodova i razine. Parking bod vrijedi jedan bod reputacije, bod pomoći deset, a svakih 100 ukupnih kviz bodova jedan bod reputacije.

Razine su Novi susjed od 0, Aktivni susjed od 50, Pouzdani član od 150 i Stup zajednice od 400 bodova. Reputacija nije novac ni kredit za trošenje. U anonimnom prikazu lokalnih objava ne prikazuje se uz vaš identitet.

Odjava i brisanje računa

Odjavom izlazite iz računa na tom uređaju. Vaš profil, članstva i pretplata ostaju.

Ako želite izbrisati račun, u uređivanju profila otvorite tu mogućnost, pročitajte posljedice i potvrdite identitet. Brisanje Conexa računa ne otkazuje pretplatu u trgovini aplikacija; njome upravljate zasebno. Postupak je dostupan i bez aplikacije. Upute za brisanje računa.

Profile and account settings

Introduce yourself to your neighbours, save your details and make Conexa work for you.

A completed profile helps neighbours and your representative know who you are. You can edit your details and photo in the Conexa app.

Edit your profile in three steps

  1. Open “Edit profile”. You can find it in your profile or in Settings.
  2. Check your details. Enter your first and last name, and add your floor and flat number for your building. Add other details and a photo as needed.
  3. Save your changes. Select “Save profile” and wait for the confirmation. Conexa will let you know if anything is missing or needs correcting.

Want to take part in official voting? After completing your profile, open “Official voting” in Settings and follow the two preparation steps. There you confirm your official email and track your representative’s approval.

Email for signing in and official voting

The address shown in your profile is for signing in and cannot be changed through this form. Set your official delivery address separately in the official voting section; it can be the same address or a different one.

Verifying your sign-in email alone does not enable official delivery. Saving your profile does not itself confirm membership or voting rights either. The voting guide walks you through the preparation.

Settings you can adjust

In Settings, choose your language, adjust notifications and arrange modules. Accessibility settings let you enlarge text, increase contrast and reduce animations; these apply on that device. Available options depend on your role and device.

On the website, your account lets you choose your home neighbourhood for local content. Full profile and photo editing is available in the app; the website may offer to complete individual details for particular services.

Settings also link to subscriptions, terms and privacy. For access to your data or other requests, open privacy rights in your profile. More about privacy.

What Conexa reputation means

Reputation next to your profile reflects your contribution to the community. Tap it to see your points and level. One parking point earns one reputation point, one help point earns ten, and every 100 total quiz points earn one.

The levels are New neighbour from 0, Active neighbour from 50, Trusted member from 150 and Community pillar from 400 points. Reputation is not money or spending credit. It is not shown alongside your identity in anonymous local posts.

Signing out and deleting your account

Signing out ends access to your account on that device. Your profile, memberships and subscription remain.

To delete your account, open that option in profile editing, read the consequences and confirm your identity. Deleting your Conexa account does not cancel an app store subscription; manage it separately. You can also start the process without the app. Account deletion guide.
