Pripremite se u dva koraka, odgovorite na poziv i pratite svoj glas u Conexi.

Pripremite se u dva koraka

  1. Ispunite profil kako bi predstavnik znao tko ste i putem e-pošte potvrdite da želite primati službene obavijesti.
  2. Kad predstavnik provjeri vaše podatke i odobri sudjelovanje, spremni ste za glasovanje.

U profilu upišite ime i prezime, kat i broj stana.

Unesite e-adresu za službenu dostavu i označite da tražite elektroničku dostavu za svoju zgradu. Adresa može biti različita od one za prijavu.

Otvorite poveznicu iz e-poruke i potvrdite dostavu na otvorenoj stranici. Kada su podaci potpuni, zahtjev se automatski šalje predstavniku na provjeru.

Pričekajte da predstavnik provjeri identitet, vlasništvo i udio. Pročitajte prijedlog i odgovorite na poziv e-poštom: prvi redak ZA, PROTIV ili SUZDRŽAN.

U Conexi provjerite status odgovora. Sam odabir u aplikaciji ili na webu nije glas; e-poruka se mora primiti i provjeriti.

Kad stigne poziv za glasovanje

  1. Pročitajte prijedlog i priloge. Na primljeni poziv odgovorite e-poštom: u prvi redak napišite ZA, PROTIV ili SUZDRŽAN.
  2. Sam odabir u aplikaciji ili na webu još nije glas. U Conexi provjerite status nakon primitka i provjere e-poruke; obrada nije trenutačna.
Ako negdje zapnete

Nije stigla poruka za potvrdu? Provjerite upisanu adresu i neželjenu poštu, zatim po potrebi zatražite novu poruku. Otvorite poveznicu i potvrdite na stranici koja se otvori; ne trebate prepisivati kod.

Čeka se predstavnik? Vaš je dio zasad gotov. Ako je zatražena dopuna, pročitajte poruku i ispravite podatke. Ako je zahtjev odobren, a pristup još nije spreman, predstavnik treba dovršiti povezivanje računa sa suvlasničkim zapisom.

Poslali ste glas, ali ga još nema? Obrada nije trenutačna i u redovnom radu može potrajati oko sat vremena. Odgovor pošaljite s potvrđene službene adrese prije roka. Ako piše da odgovor čeka pregled, javite se predstavniku. Već prihvaćen odgovor ne možete promijeniti.

Ne vidite očekivano glasovanje? Provjerite odabranu zgradu i pitajte predstavnika jeste li uključeni u taj postupak. Ako ne koristite e-poštu, dogovorite potpisani papirnati odgovor.

How to take part in official voting

Get ready in two steps, reply to the invitation and follow your vote in Conexa.

  1. Complete your profile so the representative knows who you are, then confirm by email that you want to receive official notices.
  2. Once the representative checks your details and approves your participation, you are ready to vote.

Enter your full name, floor and apartment number in your profile.

Enter the email address for official delivery and request electronic delivery for your building. It may differ from your sign-in address.

Open the emailed link and confirm delivery on the page that opens. Once your details are complete, the request is sent automatically to the representative for review.

Wait for the representative to verify identity, ownership and share. Read the proposal and reply by email with only ZA, PROTIV or SUZDRŽAN on the first line (for, against or abstain).

Check the response status in Conexa. A selection in the app or on the web is not a vote; the email must be received and verified.

When a voting invitation arrives

  1. Read the proposal and attachments. Reply to the invitation by email with ZA (for), PROTIV (against) or SUZDRŽAN (abstain) on the first line, using the Croatian word only.
  2. A selection in the app or on the web is not yet a vote. Check the status in Conexa after the email is received and verified; processing is not instant.
If you get stuck

No confirmation email? Check the address and spam folder, then request another message if needed. Open its link and confirm on the page that opens; there is no code to copy.

Waiting for the representative? Your part is done for now. If more information is requested, read the message and correct your details. If approved but access is not ready, the representative needs to finish linking your account to the owner record.

Sent a vote but cannot see it yet? Processing is not instant and normally may take about an hour. Reply from your verified official address before the deadline. If the response needs review, contact the representative. An accepted response cannot be changed.

Cannot see an expected vote? Check your building and ask the representative whether you are included in that vote. If you do not use email, arrange a signed paper response.
