Registracija i prijava
Kako izraditi račun u tri koraka, prijaviti se, vratiti zaboravljenu lozinku i zatražiti pomoć ako nešto zapne.
Sve počinje vašim računom. On je vaša osobna iskaznica u Conexi i s njim ulazite u zajednicu svoje zgrade. Izrada traje nekoliko minuta i u nastavku vas vodimo kroz svaki korak.
Aplikacija je dostupna na Android i iPhone uređajima, a preuzimate je iz trgovine Google Play odnosno App Store.
Prvo pokretanje
Kada prvi put otvorite Conexu, dočekat će vas tri kratka koraka prije nego što uopće dođete do prijave:
- Odabir jezika. Prvo pitamo na kojem jeziku želite koristiti aplikaciju. Ponuđeno je trideset jezika, od hrvatskog i engleskog do arapskog, japanskog i vijetnamskog. Odabir potvrdite i on se pamti – ne morate ga ponavljati pri svakom otvaranju.
- Uvodni vodič. Kratko vas provede kroz osnovne mogućnosti aplikacije. Slobodno ga preskočite ako želite odmah krenuti – uvijek mu se možete vratiti preko ikone s upitnikom na početnom zaslonu.
- Zaslon za prijavu. Ovdje se prijavljujete ili izrađujete novi račun.
Predomislite li se oko jezika, promijenite ga u bilo kojem trenutku – i na samom zaslonu za prijavu i kasnije u postavkama.
Izrada računa u tri koraka
Na zaslonu za prijavu odaberite „Registriraj se". Registracija je podijeljena u tri koraka, a napredak pratite točkicama pri vrhu. Dobra vijest: obavezan je samo prvi korak, ostala dva možete preskočiti i ispuniti kasnije kad vam bude zgodnije.
Korak 1: Osnovni podaci (obavezno)
Ovdje unosite ono bez čega račun ne može postojati:
- Ime i prezime – po njima će vas susjedi prepoznati.
- Korisničko ime – aplikacija ga sama predlaže na temelju vašeg imena, ali slobodno upišite svoje.
- E-mail adresa – na nju stiže poveznica za oporavak lozinke, pa neka bude ona kojoj stvarno pristupate.
- Lozinka – mora imati najmanje 6 znakova i potvrđujete je unosom u drugo polje. Aplikacija vas odmah upozori ako se dvije lozinke ne podudaraju.
- Profilna slika – odaberite jednu od ponuđenih ilustracija ili učitajte vlastitu fotografiju iz galerije telefona.
- Prihvaćanje Uvjeta korištenja – bez toga se dalje ne ide. Uvjete možete pročitati klikom na sam tekst.
Mala napomena: Conexa je susjedska zajednica, pa aplikacija neće prihvatiti neprimjerene riječi u imenu ili korisničkom imenu. Ako dobijete takvo upozorenje, samo odaberite drugo ime.
Korak 2: Adresa i kontakt (možete preskočiti)
Ovdje birate državu i grad, upisujete adresu, kat, broj stana i broj telefona. Uz adresu postoji i gumb „Provjeri adresu" koji potvrđuje da je adresa pronađena na karti.
Važno je znati: adresa koju ovdje upišete stoji na vašem profilu, ali vas ne pridružuje zgradi. Pridruživanje je poseban korak koji slijedi nakon registracije i opisan je u vodiču Lokacije i članstvo.
Korak 3: Nešto više o vama (možete preskočiti)
Dob, stupanj obrazovanja i zanimanje. Ništa od toga nije obavezno.
Na kraju odaberite „Registriraj se" i vaš račun je spreman. Aplikacija vas odmah vodi na zaslon s vašim zgradama.
Brža prijava putem Googlea ili Applea
Ako ne želite pamtiti još jednu lozinku, možete se povezati s računom koji već imate:
- Na Android uređajima dostupna je prijava Google računom.
- Na iPhone uređajima dostupna je prijava Apple računom.
U oba slučaja aplikacija sama popuni vaše ime i e-mail, a vi samo dopunite ono što nedostaje i prihvatite Uvjete korištenja. Lozinku uopće ne postavljate – ulazite jednim dodirom.
Što s vašim podacima?
Vaša privatnost: Podaci poput kata, broja stana i telefona služe isključivo predstavniku stanara da potvrdi kako doista živite na toj adresi. Ostali susjedi ih ne vide – njima se prikazuju samo vaše ime i profilna slika. Podatke ne prodajemo niti dijelimo s drugim tvrtkama. Prijava u aplikaciju
Kad račun postoji, prijavljujete se unosom e-mail adrese i lozinke – ili jednim dodirom preko Googlea odnosno Applea, ako ste taj način odabrali pri registraciji.
Web portal – samo za predstavnike stanara
Uz mobilnu aplikaciju postoji i web portal, namijenjen predstavnicima stanara i upraviteljima zgrada. Prijavljujete se istim računom kao i u aplikaciji – ne trebate novi.
Aplikacija i portal rade s istim podacima, pa nije riječ o tome da nešto možete samo ondje. Riječ je o tome da su neki poslovi jednostavno ugodniji za obaviti za računalom:
- Dokumenti. Ovo je najveća razlika. Zapisnik sa sastanka, ponuda izvođača ili godišnji obračun gotovo uvijek već stoje na vašem računalu. Preko portala ih dodate izravno, u nekoliko sekundi. Na telefonu biste istu datoteku prvo morali prebaciti na uređaj pa je tek onda poslati – nepotreban zaobilazan put.
- Duži tekstovi. Ozbiljnu obavijest svim stanarima lakše je napisati na pravoj tipkovnici nego palcem na telefonu.
- Pregled. Popis članova, moduli i postavke zgrade jednostavno bolje stanu na veliki zaslon.
Ako niste predstavnik stanara, portal vam ne treba – sve što vam je potrebno nalazi se u mobilnoj aplikaciji.
Zaboravljena lozinka
Na zaslonu za prijavu odaberite „Zaboravljena lozinka", upišite svoju e-mail adresu i poslat ćemo vam poveznicu za postavljanje nove.
Ako poruka ne stigne u nekoliko minuta, provjerite mapu s neželjenom poštom. Ako se prijavljujete preko Googlea ili Applea, lozinku uopće nemate – prijavite se onim gumbom.
Odjava
Odjaviti se možete u bilo kojem trenutku kroz postavke. Odjava samo zatvara sesiju na vašem uređaju – ništa se ne briše. Vaš račun, članstvo u zgradama i sve što ste objavili ostaje netaknuto i dočekat će vas pri sljedećoj prijavi.
Ako nešto zapne
Na zaslonu za prijavu, dakle i prije nego što se uspijete prijaviti, postoji gumb „Zatraži pomoć". Preko njega nam pišete izravno: opišite problem, a ime i kontakt ostavite ako želite da vam odgovorimo. Javit ćemo se u najkraćem roku.
Česta pitanja
Registrirao sam se, ali ne vidim svoju zgradu. Zašto?
Zato što su to dva odvojena koraka. Izrada računa vas ne stavlja automatski ni u jednu zgradu, čak i ako ste upisali adresu. Nakon prve prijave ponudit će vam se da kreirate novu zgradu ili se pridružite postojećoj. Za pridruživanje postoje tri načina: skeniranje QR koda, unos tekstualnog koda ili pozivna poveznica koju vam predstavnik stanara pošalje – dodirom na nju Conexa vas sama odvede do potvrde. Mogu li kasnije dopuniti podatke koje sam preskočio?
Naravno. Sve što ste preskočili u drugom i trećem koraku možete unijeti kad god poželite, u postavkama pod „Uredi profil".
Kako mogu trajno obrisati svoj račun?
U postavkama, pod „Uredi profil", nalazi se opcija „Izbriši račun". Detaljno je opisana u vodiču Profil, postavke i račun. Imajte na umu da brisanje računa ne otkazuje pretplate koje ste kupili u trgovini Google Play ili App Store – njih otkazujete zasebno.
Registration and sign-in
How to create an account in three steps, sign in, recover a forgotten password, and ask for help if something goes wrong.
It all starts with your account. It is your personal ID in Conexa, and it is what lets you into your building’s community. Creating it takes a few minutes, and we walk you through every step below.
The app is available for Android and iPhone, and you download it from Google Play or the App Store.
Opening the app for the first time
The first time you open Conexa, three short steps come before you even reach the sign-in screen:
- Choose your language. We ask first which language you want to use. Thirty languages are offered, from English and Croatian to Arabic, Japanese, and Vietnamese. Confirm your choice and it is remembered – you will not have to repeat it every time.
- The intro tour. A short walk through what the app can do. Skip it if you would rather get straight to it – you can always come back via the question mark icon on the home screen.
- The sign-in screen. This is where you sign in or create a new account.
Change your mind about the language? You can switch it at any time – both on the sign-in screen itself and later in settings.
Creating an account in three steps
On the sign-in screen, choose “Register”. Registration is split into three steps, and the dots at the top show how far along you are. The good news: only the first step is required. You can skip the other two and fill them in later, whenever it suits you.
Step 1: The basics (required)
This is what an account cannot exist without:
- First and last name – how your neighbours will recognise you.
- Username – the app suggests one based on your first name, but feel free to type your own.
- Email address – password recovery links go here, so use one you actually check.
- Password – must be at least 6 characters, and you confirm it in a second field. The app tells you right away if the two do not match.
- Profile picture – pick one of the illustrations we offer, or upload your own photo from your phone’s gallery.
- Accepting the Terms of Use – there is no going further without this. You can read the terms by tapping the text itself.
One small note: Conexa is a neighbourhood community, so the app will not accept inappropriate words in your name or username. If you get that warning, simply choose another name.
Step 2: Address and contact (skippable)
Here you pick your country and city and enter your address, floor, apartment number, and phone number. Next to the address there is a “Verify address” button that confirms the address was found on the map.
Worth knowing: the address you enter here sits on your profile, but it does not add you to a building. Joining is a separate step that comes after registration, described in Locations and membership.
Step 3: A little more about you (skippable)
Age, education, and occupation. None of it is required.
Finally, choose “Register” and your account is ready. The app takes you straight to the screen with your buildings.
Faster sign-in with Google or Apple
If you would rather not remember yet another password, you can connect an account you already have:
- On Android devices, you can sign in with your Google account.
- On iPhone, you can sign in with your Apple account.
Either way the app fills in your name and email for you; you just complete anything missing and accept the Terms of Use. You never set a password at all – you are in with a single tap.
What about your data?
Your privacy: Details such as your floor, apartment number, and phone are there solely so your building representative can confirm that you really do live at that address. Other neighbours do not see them – all they see is your name and profile picture. We do not sell your data or share it with other companies. Signing in
Once your account exists, you sign in with your email and password – or with a single tap via Google or Apple, if that is how you registered.
The web portal – for building representatives only
Alongside the mobile app there is a web portal, made for building representatives and property managers. You sign in with the same account as in the app – you do not need a new one.
The app and the portal work with the same data, so it is not that some things are only possible there. It is that some jobs are simply more pleasant at a computer:
- Documents. This is the biggest difference. Meeting minutes, a contractor’s quote, or the annual statement are almost always already on your computer. Through the portal you add them directly, in seconds. On a phone you would first have to move the same file onto the device and only then upload it – a needless detour.
- Longer texts. A serious notice to every resident is easier to write on a real keyboard than with your thumb.
- An overview. The member list, modules, and building settings simply fit better on a large screen.
If you are not a building representative, you do not need the portal – everything you need is in the mobile app.
Forgotten password
On the sign-in screen choose “Forgot password”, enter your email address, and we will send you a link to set a new one.
If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder. And if you sign in via Google or Apple, you do not have a password at all – just use that button.
Signing out
You can sign out at any time from settings. Signing out only closes the session on your device – nothing is deleted. Your account, your building memberships, and everything you have posted stay exactly as they were and will be waiting the next time you sign in.
If something goes wrong
On the sign-in screen – so, before you even manage to sign in – there is a “Request help” button. It writes to us directly: describe the problem, and leave your name and contact if you would like us to reply. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
Frequently asked questions
I registered, but I cannot see my building. Why?
Because those are two separate steps. Creating an account does not place you in a building automatically, even if you entered your address. After your first sign-in you will be offered the choice of creating a new building or joining an existing one. There are three ways to join: scanning a QR code, entering a text code, or an invitation link sent by your building representative – tap it and Conexa takes you to the confirmation itself. The whole process is described in Locations and membership.
Can I fill in later what I skipped?
Of course. Anything you skipped in steps two and three can be entered whenever you like, under “Edit profile” in settings.
How do I permanently delete my account?
In settings, under “Edit profile”, there is a “Delete account” option. It is described in detail in Profile, settings, and account. Bear in mind that deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions you bought on Google Play or the App Store – you cancel those separately.
