Predstavite svoju tvrtku ili obrt susjedstvu – što unosite i kako se to razlikuje od ostalih uloga.

Kad iza vas stoji tvrtka

Ako imate obrt ili tvrtku i želite da vas susjedstvo prepozna, poslovni profil je vaša iskaznica. Umjesto da se javljate kao privatna osoba, uz vas stoji naziv, kontakt i logotip.

Što unosite

• Naziv tvrtke i OIB.
• Adresa, telefon i e-mail.
• Logotip – da vas se prepozna na prvi pogled.
• Radno vrijeme i društvene mreže, ako želite.

Profil je vezan uz vaš račun i ostaje vaš – uređivanjem se vlasništvo ne može prenijeti na nekog drugog.

Što poslovni profil nije

U Conexi postoji nekoliko uloga i lako ih je pomiješati. Poslovni profil nije:

• Predstavnik stanara. Ne daje nikakve ovlasti nad zgradom.
• Serviserski profil. Ako želite primati zahtjeve za popravke i slati ponude, treba vam zaseban serviserski profil – vidi Popravci i serviseri.
• Partnerski status. To je treća stvar, opisana u vodiču Partnerski program.

Mogu li imati više poslovnih profila?

Jedan aktivan profil po računu. Ako vodite više tvrtki, uredite podatke postojećeg profila.

Vide li susjedi moj OIB?

OIB služi za identifikaciju vaše tvrtke kao poslovnog subjekta. Podatke koji nisu potrebni za kontakt nemojte unositi nigdje gdje im nije mjesto.

Trebam li poslovni profil da bih prodavao na marketplaceu?

Ne. Oglas može objaviti svatko. Profil je za one koji nastupaju kao tvrtka i žele da se to vidi.

Business profile

Introduce your company to the neighbourhood – what you enter, and how it differs from the other roles.

When there is a company behind you

If you run a business and want the neighbourhood to recognise you, a business profile is your calling card. Instead of appearing as a private individual, your name, contact details, and logo appear alongside you.

What you enter

• Company name and company ID (OIB).
• Address, phone, and email.
• Logo – so you are recognised at a glance.
• Opening hours and social media, if you want.

The profile is tied to your account and stays yours – editing it cannot transfer ownership to somebody else.

What a business profile is not

Conexa has several roles and they are easy to mix up. A business profile is not:

• A building representative. It grants no authority over a building.
• A servicer profile. If you want to receive repair requests and send offers, you need a separate servicer profile – see Repairs and servicers.
• Partner status. That is a third thing, described in Partner programme.

Frequently asked questions

Can I have more than one business profile?

One active profile per account. If you run several companies, edit the details of your existing profile.

Can my neighbours see my company ID?

The company ID identifies your business as a legal entity. Details that are not needed for contact should not be entered anywhere they do not belong.

Do I need a business profile to sell on the marketplace?

No. Anyone can post an ad. The profile is for those trading as a company who want that to show.
