Od kvara do majstora
Pukla je cijev, ne radi bojler, treba prefarbati stan. Umjesto da zovete tri broja s interneta i nadate se najboljem, ovdje opišete problem jednom i pustite majstore da se jave vama.
Ovo je prijava kvara koji treba popraviti. Ako samo želite najaviti susjedima da će biti bučno, to su Radovi na lokaciji.
Kako to izgleda
- Opišete problem. Što ne radi, koje je vrste kvar i kada vama odgovara da majstor dođe. Dodajte fotografije ili snimku – majstoru je puno lakše procijeniti posao kad vidi o čemu je riječ.
- Stižu ponude. Vaš zahtjev vide serviseri koji rade u vašem području i za tu vrstu posla. Tko je zainteresiran, javlja se s ponudom i prijedlogom termina. Svaki serviser ima jednu ponudu po zahtjevu, pa vam se popis ne zatrpava.
- Birate. Odaberete servisera među onima koji su se stvarno javili, dogovorite termin i posao ide dalje.
- Pratite i zaključujete. Status vidite cijelo vrijeme, a kad je posao gotov, označite ga dovršenim. Zahtjev možete i otkazati dok je aktivan.
Što znače statusi
- Objavljen – vidljiv serviserima, čeka ponude.
- U dogovoru – stigle su ponude i razgovarate o detaljima.
- Dogovoren – odabrali ste servisera i termin.
- Dovršen – posao je gotov.
- Otkazan – odustali ste ili se nije dalo dogovoriti.
- Istekao – prošlo je predviđeno vrijeme, a zahtjev nije doveden do kraja. Ne briše se, nego ostaje u vašoj povijesti; samo se više ne nudi serviserima.
Vaši podaci
Serviser treba dovoljno podataka da procijeni posao i dođe do vas – ali ne više od toga. Zato u opis stavite ono što je za popravak bitno, a osobne pojedinosti koje nemaju veze s kvarom preskočite. Fotografirajte kvar, a ne cijelu dnevnu sobu.
Ako izrada zahtjeva ne uspije, Conexa sama počisti fotografije koje ste već prenijeli.
Ako ste majstor
Za slanje ponuda treba vam serviserski profil. Kad ga registrirate, dobivate nadzornu ploču na kojoj vidite zahtjeve iz svog područja i za svoju vrstu usluge. Više je u vodiču Poslovni profil.

Nije doveden do kraja u predviđenom roku. Ostaje vam u povijesti, a ako vam popravak i dalje treba, otvorite novi.

From fault to tradesperson
A pipe has burst, the boiler is dead, the flat needs repainting. Instead of calling three numbers off the internet and hoping for the best, here you describe the problem once and let the tradespeople come to you.
This is for reporting a fault that needs fixing. If you only want to warn your neighbours that it will be noisy, that is Works at your location.
How it goes
- You describe the problem. What is broken, what kind of fault it is, and when it suits you for someone to come. Add photos or a video – it is far easier to judge a job when you can see it.
- Offers arrive. Your request is seen by servicers working in your area and in that line of work. Whoever is interested replies with an offer and a proposed time. Each servicer has one offer per request, so your list does not fill up.
- You choose. Pick a servicer from those who actually replied, agree a time, and the job moves on.
- You follow and close it. You can see the status throughout, and when the job is done you mark it complete. You can also cancel a request while it is active.
What the statuses mean
- Published – visible to servicers, waiting for offers.
- In negotiation – offers have arrived and you are discussing details.
- Agreed – you have chosen a servicer and a time.
- Completed – the job is done.
- Cancelled – you backed out, or no agreement was reached.
- Expired – the expected time passed without the request being brought to a close. It is not deleted; it stays in your history and is simply no longer offered to servicers.
Your data
A servicer needs enough information to judge the job and reach you – but no more than that. So put what matters for the repair in the description, and leave out personal details that have nothing to do with the fault. Photograph the fault, not the whole living room.

To send offers you need a servicer profile. Once registered, you get a dashboard showing requests from your area and in your line of work. There is more in Business profile.

How do I choose a servicer?
Open your request and choose among the offers that arrived. You only ever choose from those who actually replied.
Why is my request marked as expired?
It was not brought to a close within the expected time. It stays in your history, and if you still need the repair, open a new one.
Does Conexa vouch for the tradesperson?
No. Conexa connects you, but you arrange the deal, the price, and the work directly with the servicer. The advantage is that these are often tradespeople your neighbours have already tried.
