Što je partnerski program

Program je za one koji žele pomoći da Conexa dođe do novih zgrada i zajednica. Kao partner dobivate svoj bonus kod koji dijelite dalje.

Prijavljujete se kroz zaseban postupak, dostupan na početnom zaslonu i u izborniku aplikacije.

Prekid partnerstva

Partnerstvo možete prekinuti kad god želite, uz kratko obrazloženje – ono nam pomaže da program popravimo.

Prekidom se vaš partnerski status i bonus kod gase. Kod od tog trenutka više ne vrijedi.

Vaš Conexa račun ostaje netaknut. Prekid partnerstva nije brisanje računa. I dalje ste u svojim zgradama i sve radi kao prije – samo više niste partner.

Je li partnerstvo isto što i poslovni profil?

Nije. To su tri odvojene stvari: partnerski status, poslovni profil i serviserski profil. Nijedna ne podrazumijeva drugu, a nijedna vas ne čini predstavnikom stanara.

Mogu li se vratiti nakon prekida?

Javite nam se preko podrške pa ćemo vidjeti. Imajte na umu da stari kod više ne vrijedi.

Kako se prijavljujem?

Kroz partnerski dio aplikacije. Ako ste već prijavljeni u Conexu, postupak je kraći jer vam račun već postoji.

What the partner programme is

The programme is for those who want to help Conexa reach new buildings and communities. As a partner you get your own bonus code to pass on.

You apply through a separate process, available from the opening screen and in the app’s menu.

Ending a partnership

You can end the partnership whenever you like, with a short explanation – it helps us improve the programme.

Ending it switches off your partner status and your bonus code. From that moment the code no longer works.

Your Conexa account is untouched. Ending a partnership is not deleting your account. You are still in your buildings and everything works as before – you are simply no longer a partner.

Frequently asked questions

Is a partnership the same as a business profile?

No. They are three separate things: partner status, a business profile, and a servicer profile. None implies another, and none makes you a building representative.

Can I come back after ending it?

Get in touch through support and we will see. Bear in mind that your old code no longer works.

How do I apply?

Through the partner section of the app. If you are already signed in to Conexa, the process is shorter because you already have an account.
