Paketi za zgrade, promjena i otkazivanje pretplate, neuspjela naplata te plaćeni doseg oglasa.

Tko plaća i što

Za stanare je Conexa besplatna. Pretplatu plaća zgrada, a plaća je onaj tko je preuzeo tu ulogu – najčešće predstavnik stanara.

Pretplata se veže uz broj zgrada, pa postoje paketi za jednu, dvije ili tri zgrade. Korisno ako vodite više adresa – primjerice, ako ste upravitelj.

Cijene se prikazuju u trgovini aplikacija i razlikuju se po zemljama. Zato ih ovdje ne navodimo – uvijek gledajte iznos koji vam pokaže trgovina.

Kupnja

Kupnju potvrđujete u trgovini (Google Play ili App Store). Prava se otvaraju tek nakon što trgovina potvrdi – aplikacija to ne može zaobići.

Zato zna proći koja minuta između plaćanja i trenutka kad se promjena vidi. Ne kupujte ponovno ako se ne dogodi odmah; prvo provjerite povijest kupnji.

Prelazak na veći paket

Veći limit primjenjuje se odmah po potvrdi trgovine. Trgovina određuje kada i koliko naplaćuje te kada je sljedeća obnova – mi u to ne diramo.

Prelazak na manji paket

Smanjenje stupa na snagu na sljedećoj obnovi, ne odmah. Do tada koristite ono što ste platili.

Ako imate više zgrada nego što novi paket dopušta, morat ćete odabrati koje ostaju aktivne. Aplikacija će vam prikazati rok, objasniti posljedicu i ponuditi odustajanje dok promjena nije stupila na snagu. Odluku ne možete odgađati unedogled.

Kad naplata ne prođe

Kartica je istekla, na računu nema sredstava – događa se. Postupak je blag:

  1. Razdoblje odgode. Trgovina pokušava ponovno, a vi u međuvremenu zadržavate sva prava. Zgrada radi normalno.
  2. Obustava ili istek. Ako ni tada ne prođe, plaćena prava prestaju.
  3. Oporavak. Kad naplata prođe, vraćate se na svoj paket.

Podaci se ne brišu. Ni zbog neuspjele naplate, ni zbog isteka, ni zbog obustave. Objave, dokumenti i članstva čekaju vas ondje gdje ste ih ostavili. Zgrada samo privremeno nestaje s popisa stanarima – vama kao predstavniku ostaje vidljiva.

Otkazivanje

Otkazivanjem sprječavate sljedeću obnovu, ali prava vam u pravilu ostaju do kraja plaćenog razdoblja. Ne gubite ništa isti čas.

Otkazuje se u trgovini, ne u Conexi. Zato brisanje Conexa računa ne otkazuje pretplatu – to su dva odvojena mjesta i moraju se odvojeno riješiti. Vidi Profil, postavke i račun.

Plaćeni doseg oglasa

Uz pretplatu zgrade postoji i plaćanje dosega javnog oglasa na Oglasnoj ploči. Krug od 1 km je besplatan, a 5 km i 15 km se plaćaju.

To dvoje nema veze jedno s drugim. Pretplata otvara mogućnosti cijeloj zgradi. Plaćeni doseg samo nosi vaš oglas dalje i ne otključava ništa drugo. Plaćanje dosega neće aktivirati zgradu, niti pretplata čini oglase besplatnima.

Ako vam je kupnja vraćena

Kod povrata novca uklanja se ono što niste potrošili. Ako ste doseg već iskoristili, razlika ostaje zabilježena kao dug i podmiruje se sljedećom kupnjom. Dok dug postoji, nova plaćena objava neće proći.

Ponovna instalacija aplikacije ne vraća potrošeno – evidencija kupnji ostaje zapisana i sprječava dvostruko dodjeljivanje.

Kada nadogradnja stupa na snagu?

Čim je trgovina potvrdi. Trenutak naplate određuje trgovina.

Kada smanjenje stupa na snagu?

Na sljedećoj obnovi. Prije toga birate koje zgrade ostaju aktivne ako ih imate više nego novi paket dopušta.

Brišu li se podaci ako pretplata istekne?

Ne. Prava prestaju, podaci ostaju i vraćaju se obnovom.

Vide li stanari koliko plaćam?

Ne. Pojedinosti pretplate – paket, iznos, datum isteka – vidi samo predstavnik stanara.

Mogu li platiti karticom umjesto preko trgovine?

Ne. Naplata ide isključivo preko Google Playa odnosno App Storea, kako i traže pravila tih trgovina.

Subscriptions, payment, and credits

Plans for buildings, changing and cancelling a subscription, failed payments, and paid ad reach.

Who pays for what

For residents, Conexa is free. The building pays the subscription, and it is paid by whoever has taken that on – usually the building representative.

A subscription is tied to the number of buildings, so there are plans for one, two, or three buildings. Useful if you run several addresses – if you are a property manager, for instance.

Prices are shown in the app store and vary by country. That is why we do not list them here – always go by the amount the store shows you.

Buying

You confirm the purchase in the store (Google Play or the App Store). Rights open up only once the store confirms – the app cannot go around that.

So a minute or two can pass between paying and seeing the change. Do not buy again if it does not happen immediately; check your purchase history first.

Moving to a bigger plan

The higher limit applies as soon as the store confirms. The store decides when and how much it charges, and when the next renewal falls – we do not interfere with that.

Moving to a smaller plan

A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal, not immediately. Until then you keep what you paid for.

If you have more buildings than the new plan allows, you will have to choose which stay active. The app shows you the deadline, explains the consequence, and offers a way out while the change has not yet taken effect. You cannot put the decision off indefinitely.

When a payment fails

An expired card, no funds in the account – it happens. The process is gentle:

  1. A grace period. The store tries again, and in the meantime you keep all your rights. The building carries on as normal.
  2. Suspension or expiry. If it still does not go through, the paid rights stop.
  3. Recovery. Once payment succeeds, you are back on your plan.

No data is deleted. Not because of a failed payment, an expiry, or a suspension. Posts, documents, and memberships are waiting where you left them. The building simply disappears from residents’ lists for a while – for you as the representative it stays visible.

Cancelling

Cancelling prevents the next renewal, but you normally keep your rights until the end of the paid period. You do not lose anything the same moment.

You cancel in the store, not in Conexa. That is why deleting your Conexa account does not cancel a subscription – they are two separate places and must be dealt with separately. See Profile, settings, and account.

Paid ad reach

Alongside the building subscription there is also payment for the reach of a public ad on the Bulletin board. A 1 km radius is free; 5 km and 15 km are paid.

The two have nothing to do with each other. A subscription opens up features for the whole building. Paid reach only carries your ad further and unlocks nothing else. Paying for reach will not activate a building, and a subscription does not make ads free.

If a purchase is refunded

With a refund, whatever you have not used is removed. If you have already used the reach, the difference stays recorded as a debt and is settled with your next purchase. While the debt stands, a new paid post will not go through.

Reinstalling the app does not bring back what was spent – the purchase record stays and prevents anything being granted twice.

Is data deleted if a subscription expires?

No. The rights stop, the data stays, and it all comes back on renewal.

Can residents see how much I pay?

No. The subscription details – the plan, the amount, the expiry date – are seen only by the building representative.

Can I pay by card instead of through the store?

No. Payment goes exclusively through Google Play or the App Store, as those stores’ rules require.
