Important Contacts

Your representative, building manager, emergency maintenance and service contacts in one place.

The contacts your building actually needs

Important Contacts brings together the people and services residents may need: the co-owner representative, location administrator, building manager, emergency maintenance, utilities, lift service, caretaker and other providers chosen by the representative.

The emergency number 112 is always displayed separately. Conexa is not an emergency service.

What residents can do

Open a contact to call, send an email, visit its website or open its address on a map, depending on the details supplied by the representative. Contact titles are deliberately prominent so the right entry is easy to find quickly.

Who keeps the list up to date

The location administrator adds, edits, removes and reorders contacts. The administrator contact is initially copied from the administrator’s profile as a members-only entry. The editing form is a full, scrollable screen, and its save button remains available when the keyboard is open.

House rules, minutes, decisions and other official material stay in Location documents or Official notices; this module is a contact directory rather than another document repository.

Private and public contacts

Members of the building can see its internal contacts. A contact appears outside sign-in only when the administrator explicitly marks it as public. Personal contact details should be made public only with the person’s consent.

The public page is not indexed by search engines. The administrator remains responsible for accuracy, keeping details current and removing anything that should no longer be shown.

Using it on the web

The user portal carries the ID of the building you currently selected, so Important Contacts opens the same building rather than an arbitrary first location. Administrators can manage the same list from the web portal and copy the building’s separate public link.

The demo location

DEMO LOKACIJA contains six clearly fictional examples covering a representative, manager, technical emergency line, lift service, utilities and caretaker. Four demonstrate public visibility and two remain members-only. The telephone numbers are not real, and demo web links point to conexa.life.
