Da se papiri ne gube
Zapisnik sa sastanka od prošle godine, kućni red, ugovor s upraviteljem, obrazac za nešto. Sve to inače živi u nečijem mailu ili ladici, a treba vam točno onda kad ga nema. Ovdje stoji na jednom mjestu i dostupno je svim stanarima.
Pregledavanje
Svaki dokument ima naslov, vrstu i podatke o tome kada je dodan. Otvarate ga izravno u aplikaciji – PDF datoteke se prikazuju bez preuzimanja i traženja druge aplikacije.
Tko dodaje
Dokumente dodaje i briše predstavnik stanara. Stanari ih čitaju.
To nije samo stvar gumba: i kad bi netko pokušao zaobići aplikaciju, sustav svejedno provjerava je li riječ o predstavniku te zgrade. Dokumenti vaše zgrade ostaju vaši.
Ako ste predstavnik, dodavanje je znatno ugodnije preko web portala – datoteka je ionako već na računalu.
Rješavanje problema
- Dokument se ne otvara. Možda je uklonjen, format nije podržan ili je veza pala. Pokušajte ponovno, pa javite predstavniku ako i dalje ne ide.
- Ne vidim dokumente uopće. Provjerite je li vaše članstvo aktivno. Ako jest, vaša zgrada vjerojatno još nema dodanih dokumenata – pitajte predstavnika stanara.
Česta pitanja
Mogu li i ja dodati dokument?
Ne, to radi predstavnik stanara. Tako se zna da je ono što ovdje stoji doista dokument zgrade, a ne nečija verzija. Ako imate nešto što bi trebalo biti ovdje, pošaljite mu.
Vidi li dokumente netko izvan zgrade?
Ne. Dostupni su samo članovima vaše zgrade.

So the paperwork stops going missing
Last year’s meeting minutes, the house rules, the contract with the property manager, a form for something. All of it normally lives in somebody’s inbox or a drawer, and you need it exactly when it is nowhere to be found. Here it sits in one place, available to every resident.
Browsing
Every document has a title, a type, and details of when it was added. You open it straight in the app – PDFs are displayed without downloading them or hunting for another app.
Who adds them
Documents are added and deleted by your building representative. Residents read them.
This is not just a matter of which buttons show: even if someone tried to bypass the app, the system still checks whether they are a representative of that building. Your building’s documents stay yours.
If you are a representative, adding them is far more pleasant through the web portal – the file is already on your computer anyway.
Troubleshooting
- A document will not open. It may have been removed, the format may be unsupported, or the connection may have dropped. Try again, then tell your representative if it still will not open.
- I cannot see any documents. Check that your membership is active. If it is, your building most likely has no documents added yet – ask your building representative.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add a document too?
No, your building representative does that. It is how you know that what sits here really is the building’s document and not somebody’s version of it. If you have something that belongs here, send it to them.
Can anyone outside the building see the documents?
No. They are available only to members of your building.
