Radovi na lokaciji

Informacije o održavanju i zahvatima važnima za zajednicu.

Svrha

Modul je privatna informativna najava bučnih radova članovima lokacije. Nije servisni zahtjev, službeni građevinski dnevnik, odobrenje radova niti automatsko provođenje kućnog reda.

Tko može objaviti

Svaki aktivni član lokacije može izraditi najavu. Nisu potrebne administratorske ovlasti. Zapis može obrisati autor ili administrator lokacije; nakon objave nema uređivanja, pa netočan zapis treba izbrisati i ponovno izraditi.

Podaci i podsjetnici

Pregled

Zaslon razdvaja aktivne i arhivske najave i prikazuje ih u kalendarskom kontekstu. Istek najave ne briše automatski njezin povijesni zapis.

Works at your location

Announcing noisy work to your neighbours – loudness categories, duration, and advance notice.

Announce the noise before it starts

Drilling at nine in the morning delights nobody, but it is far less irritating when people know it is coming and how long it will last. The works feature is for exactly that: announce a renovation, drilling, a house move, or a party, and your neighbours get advance notice and can plan around it.

A few taps now saves a lot of awkwardness later.

Anyone can announce

You do not need your building representative’s permission for this. Works are announced by whoever is doing them – most often you, when you have hired the tradespeople.

This is not a fault report. If something needs fixing and you are looking for a tradesperson, that is Repairs and servicers. Works only inform the neighbourhood.

What you enter

Loudness categories

So your neighbours know straight away whether to expect light tapping or real noise, you pick one of five levels:

Be honest when you choose. Mark knocking down a wall as “minor work” and your neighbours will pay less attention to your next announcement.

Advance notice

For important notices you can switch on a special alert: you add a short message and choose when your neighbours are reminded — a day before, four hours before, or an hour before. You can pick more than one. Without a special alert the notice still shows in the works calendar, just without a phone reminder.

The day-before reminder is usually the most useful – that is when a neighbour can still move a meeting or delay putting the baby down.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to announce works?

Conexa does not force you to. But a good relationship with your neighbours is built on exactly this sort of small thing, and an announcement takes less time than one apology in the lift.

Do I need my building representative’s permission?

Not for the announcement in the app. Work that requires the community’s approval is a different matter – you arrange that outside the app, by your building’s rules.

Can I announce a party rather than works?

Absolutely. A birthday, a celebration, a house move – anything that will be heard through the wall is worth announcing.
