Što je marketplace

Marketplace prikazuje oglase iz vaše okolice – rabljeni namještaj, usluge, sve što ljudi u blizini nude ili traže. Sadržaj se bira prema tome gdje se nalazite, u krugu od 50 kilometara.

Radi jednostavno: otvorite oglas, pročitate detalje, vidite adresu na karti i kontakt ako ga je autor objavio. Oglas možete i podijeliti dalje.

Zašto aplikacija treba lokaciju

Da bi znala koje vam oglase pokazati. Bez dopuštenja za lokaciju popis može ostati prazan – aplikacija jednostavno ne zna odakle mjeriti onih 50 kilometara. Ako je popis prazan, prvo provjerite je li lokacija uključena.

Marketplace, oglasna ploča ili lokalne objave?

Tri su mjesta i lako ih je pomiješati, pa evo kratko:

Marketplace – oglasi iz šire okolice, do 50 km. Ovdje gledate što se nudi.
Oglasna ploča – kreće od vaše zgrade. Ovdje objavljujete, bilo samo za susjede, bilo javno u krugu koji odaberete.
Lokalne objave – vijesti i događanja iz kvarta, ne oglasi.

Doseg oglasa i naplata

Kad objavljujete javni oglas preko Oglasne ploče, birate koliko daleko seže. Krug od 1 km je besplatan, a širi dosezi se naplaćuju kroz trgovinu aplikacija.

Plaćeni doseg nije pretplata zgrade. To su dvije odvojene stvari: pretplatom se otvaraju mogućnosti za cijelu zgradu, a plaćenim dosegom samo vaš oglas dopire dalje. Jedno ne zamjenjuje drugo. Pojedinosti su u vodiču Pretplate, plaćanje i krediti.

Ako vam je kupnja vraćena nakon što ste doseg već iskoristili, ostaje evidentiran dug koji se podmiruje sljedećom kupnjom. Dok dug postoji, nova plaćena objava neće proći.

Vaši oglasi

Svoj oglas uređujete i brišete sami, kad god poželite.

Rješavanje problema

Nema nijednog oglasa. Provjerite dopuštenje za lokaciju i GPS. Moguće je i da u vašoj okolici jednostavno još nema oglasa.
Kupnja se ne vidi. Pričekajte da je trgovina potvrdi – zna potrajati koju minutu. Ne kupujte ponovno prije nego provjerite povijest kupnji, da ne platite dvaput.

Česta pitanja

Jamči li Conexa za oglase?

Ne. Conexa je mjesto susreta, a dogovor, plaćanje i preuzimanje su između vas i druge strane. Vrijede uobičajena pravila opreza kao i na svakom oglasniku.

Otvara li plaćeni doseg nešto drugo u aplikaciji?

Ne. Plaćate samo to da vaš oglas vidi šire područje. Ništa se drugo ne otključava.

Ads from your area in one place – what you will find, and how it differs from the bulletin board.

What the marketplace is

The marketplace shows ads from your area – second-hand furniture, services, whatever people nearby are offering or looking for. The content is picked based on where you are, within a radius of 50 kilometres.

It works simply: open an ad, read the details, see the address on a map and the contact if the author published one. You can share an ad on, too.

Why the app needs your location

So it knows which ads to show you. Without location permission the list may stay empty – the app simply does not know where to measure those 50 kilometres from. If the list is empty, check first whether location is on.

Marketplace, bulletin board, or local posts?

There are three places and they are easy to mix up, so briefly:

Marketplace – ads from the wider area, up to 50 km. This is where you look at what is on offer.
Bulletin board – starts from your building. This is where you post, either just for your neighbours or publicly within a radius you choose.
Local posts – news and happenings in the neighbourhood, not ads.

Ad reach and charges

When you post a public ad through the Bulletin board, you choose how far it goes. A 1 km radius is free, and wider reach is charged through the app store.

Paid reach is not a building subscription. They are two separate things: a subscription opens up features for the whole building, while paid reach only carries your ad further. One does not replace the other. The details are in Subscriptions, payment, and credits.

If a purchase is refunded after you have already used the reach, a debt is recorded and settled with your next purchase. While the debt stands, a new paid post will not go through.

Your ads

You edit and delete your own ad yourself, whenever you like.

Troubleshooting

There are no ads at all. Check your location permission and GPS. It is also possible there simply are no ads in your area yet.
My purchase is not showing. Wait for the store to confirm it – it can take a minute or two. Do not buy again before checking your purchase history, so you do not pay twice.

Frequently asked questions

Does Conexa vouch for the ads?

No. Conexa is a meeting place; the deal, the payment, and the handover are between you and the other party. The usual caution that applies on any classifieds site applies here too.

Does paid reach unlock anything else in the app?

No. You are paying only for a wider area to see your ad. Nothing else is unlocked.
