Kamere vaše zgrade

Ako vaša zgrada ima kamere – na ulazu, u garaži, kod kontejnera – predstavnik stanara ih može dodati u Conexu, pa im pristupate s jednog mjesta umjesto da pamtite adrese i lozinke.

Na popisu vidite naziv svake kamere, onako kako ju je predstavnik nazvao.

Ovaj dio treba postaviti. Dok predstavnik stanara ne unese kamere, zaslon je prazan. To nije kvar – vaša zgrada ih jednostavno još nema u aplikaciji, ili ih uopće nema.

Važno: Conexa nije služba za hitne slučajeve i ne zamjenjuje poziv policiji, vatrogascima ili hitnoj pomoći na broj 112. Ako se nešto događa upravo sada, zovite 112 – pa tek onda obavijestite susjede.

Tražili ste najavu buke?

Najava bučnih radova ne nalazi se ovdje, nego u modulu Radovi. Ondje najavljujete bušenje, renoviranje ili proslavu i birate koliko će biti glasno, a susjedi dobiju obavijest unaprijed. Sve je opisano u vodiču Radovi na lokaciji.

Zaslon je prazan. Je li nešto pokvareno?

Nije. Vaša zgrada još nema unesenih kamera. Pitajte predstavnika stanara planira li ih dodati.

Tko može dodati ili maknuti kameru?

Samo predstavnik stanara vaše zgrade.

Vidi li itko preko kamere što radim?

Conexa sama ne snima i ne pohranjuje snimke. Kamere pripadaju vašoj zgradi i za njih vrijede pravila koja je vaša zajednica dogovorila, kao i propisi o videonadzoru. Pitanja o tome tko gleda i koliko se snimke čuvaju postavite predstavniku stanara.

Your building’s cameras

If your building has cameras – at the entrance, in the garage, by the bins – your building representative can add them to Conexa, so you reach them from one place instead of remembering addresses and passwords.

The list shows the name of each camera, as your representative named it.

This part needs setting up. Until your representative enters the cameras, the screen is empty. That is not a fault – your building simply does not have them in the app yet, or does not have them at all.

What this feature is not

So there is no misunderstanding about something that matters:

Important: Conexa is not an emergency service and does not replace calling the police, firefighters, or ambulance services at 112. If something is happening right now, call 112 first – and tell your neighbours afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

The screen is empty. Is something broken?

No. Your building has no cameras entered yet. Ask your building representative whether they plan to add any.

Who can add or remove a camera?

Only your building representative.

Can anyone watch what I am doing through a camera?

Conexa itself does not record or store footage. The cameras belong to your building, and the rules your community agreed on apply to them, as do the regulations on video surveillance. Questions about who watches and how long footage is kept are for your building representative.
