Čemu služe
Neke stvari je lakše reći ako vam ime ne stoji uz njih. Susjed preglasno sluša glazbu, netko ne čisti za psom, imate ideju za dvorište ali vam je neugodno isticati se. Anonimni prijedlog ide izravno predstavniku stanara, bez vašeg imena.

Koliko ih možete poslati
Zadano je jedan prijedlog mjesečno. Predstavnik stanara može tu granicu povisiti za vašu zgradu. Ako ste iskoristili svoju kvotu, aplikacija će vam to reći i morat ćete pričekati sljedeći mjesec.
Ograničenje postoji da prijedlozi ostanu ono što jesu – promišljene primjedbe, a ne pretrpan sandučić.
Što „anonimno" ovdje znači
Budimo precizni, jer je riječ o povjerenju:
- Predstavnik stanara i susjedi ne vide tko je poslao prijedlog. Ni ime, ni profilnu sliku.
- U pozadini sustava prijedlog ostaje povezan s vašim računom. To je nužno kako bi se spriječila zlouporaba – vrijeđanje, spam – i kako bi se brojala vaša mjesečna kvota.
Drugim riječima: anonimno prema vašoj zgradi, ali ne i nepovezano sa sustavom. Ne želimo da mislite da je jače nego što jest.
Što se događa s prijedlogom
Predstavnik stanara vidi sve pristigle prijedloge zgrade i može ih obrisati kad ih riješi. Brisanjem prijedloga uklanja se i priložena fotografija.

Može li predstavnik ipak saznati tko sam?
U aplikaciji ne – sučelje mu vaše ime ne prikazuje. Ako prijedlog sadrži pojedinosti po kojima vas je lako prepoznati, to je već druga stvar; pripazite na to ako vam je važno ostati neprepoznatljivi.
Zašto mi piše da sam iskoristio kvotu?
Poslali ste onoliko prijedloga koliko vaša zgrada dopušta u jednom mjesecu, a zadano je jedan. Pričekajte sljedeći mjesec ili zamolite predstavnika da granicu povisi.
Hoću li dobiti odgovor?
Prijedlozi su jednosmjerni – nema razgovora ni odgovora. Ako želite raspravu sa susjedima, koristite Grupni razgovor.

What they are for
Some things are easier to say without your name attached. A neighbour plays music too loudly, someone does not clean up after their dog, you have an idea for the yard but feel awkward putting yourself forward. An anonymous suggestion goes straight to your building representative, without your name.
Write your text and attach a photo if you like.
How many you can send
The default is one suggestion per month. Your building representative can raise that limit for your building. If you have used up your quota, the app will tell you and you will have to wait for the next month.
The limit exists so that suggestions stay what they are meant to be – considered remarks, not an overflowing inbox.
What “anonymous” means here
Let us be precise, because this is a matter of trust:
- Your representative and your neighbours cannot see who sent a suggestion. Not your name, not your profile picture.
- Behind the scenes the suggestion stays linked to your account. That is necessary to prevent misuse – abuse, spam – and to count your monthly quota.
In other words: anonymous to your building, but not unlinked from the system. We do not want you believing it is stronger than it is.
What happens to a suggestion
Your building representative sees every suggestion the building has received and can delete them once dealt with. Deleting a suggestion also removes the attached photo.
Frequently asked questions
Could my representative find out who I am anyway?
Not in the app – the interface does not show them your name. If the suggestion contains details that make you easy to recognise, that is another matter; keep it in mind if staying unrecognisable matters to you.
Why does it say I have used up my quota?
You have sent as many suggestions as your building allows in one month, and the default is one. Wait for next month, or ask your representative to raise the limit.
Will I get a reply?
Suggestions are one-way – there is no conversation and no reply. If you want a discussion with your neighbours, use Group chat.
