Slanje prijedloga lokaciji, anonimni prikaz imena i ograničenja privatnosti.
Aktivni član šalje prijedlog svojoj lokaciji, može sakriti prikaz imena i priložiti sliku. Lokacija određuje kvotu po korisniku; dosegnuta kvota zaustavlja novo slanje do sljedećeg dopuštenog razdoblja.
Dokument ostaje vezan uz autentificirani identitet računa radi članstva, kvote, sprečavanja zlouporabe i administrativne obrade. Administrator može čitati zapis, pa se ne smije obećati neidentificiranost prema Conexi ili ovlaštenom administratoru. Ispravan produktni opis je pseudoniman prijedlog: ime je skriveno u uobičajenom prikazu kada korisnik to odabere.
Administrator pregledava i briše prijedloge te mijenja kvotu. Brisanje zapisa pokušava ukloniti i priloženu sliku; neuspjeli legacy pohrana cleanup ne vraća obrisani dokument.
Ne unosite zdravstvene, identifikacijske ili druge osjetljive podatke o sebi ili trećima ako nisu nužni za obradu prijedloga.

How to send your building representative a suggestion without your name on it, and how many you can send each month.
What they are for
Some things are easier to say without your name attached. A neighbour plays music too loudly, someone does not clean up after their dog, you have an idea for the yard but feel awkward putting yourself forward. An anonymous suggestion goes straight to your building representative, without your name.
Write your text and attach a photo if you like.
How many you can send
The default is one suggestion per month. Your building representative can raise that limit for your building. If you have used up your quota, the app will tell you and you will have to wait for the next month.
The limit exists so that suggestions stay what they are meant to be – considered remarks, not an overflowing inbox.
What “anonymous” means here
Let us be precise, because this is a matter of trust:
- Your representative and your neighbours cannot see who sent a suggestion. Not your name, not your profile picture.
- Behind the scenes the suggestion stays linked to your account. That is necessary to prevent misuse – abuse, spam – and to count your monthly quota.
In other words: anonymous to your building, but not unlinked from the system. We do not want you believing it is stronger than it is.
What happens to a suggestion
Your building representative sees every suggestion the building has received and can delete them once dealt with. Deleting a suggestion also removes the attached photo.
Frequently asked questions
Could my representative find out who I am anyway?
Not in the app – the interface does not show them your name. If the suggestion contains details that make you easy to recognise, that is another matter; keep it in mind if staying unrecognisable matters to you.
Why does it say I have used up my quota?
You have sent as many suggestions as your building allows in one month, and the default is one. Wait for next month, or ask your representative to raise the limit.
Will I get a reply?
Suggestions are one-way – there is no conversation and no reply. If you want a discussion with your neighbours, use Group chat.
