Unos očitanja brojila po tarifama, vlastita povijest i izvoz za predstavnika stanara.
Bez cedulja i poruka
Umjesto da svakog mjeseca netko obilazi stanove ili skuplja brojke po porukama, svatko svoje očitanje unese sam. Predstavnik stanara ih onda ima sve na jednom mjestu.
Unos
Očitanje unosite po tarifama – zasebno višu i nižu, onako kako piše na brojilu. Uz svoje članstvo možete spremiti i broj brojila (OMM) te serijski broj, pa ih ne morate tražiti svaki mjesec.
Sva svoja ranija očitanja vidite u vlastitoj povijesti – korisno kad želite usporediti potrošnju s prošlom godinom.
Ako ste predstavnik stanara
Vidite očitanja svih stanara, grupirana po mjesecu i po osobi, i možete ih izvesti u PDF te podijeliti dalje – primjerice upravitelju ili distributeru.
Ovo su osjetljivi podaci. Očitanja govore o navikama ljudi – kada su kod kuće, kada ih nema. Zato su dostupna isključivo predstavniku te zgrade. Ako izvezete PDF, dalje ste za njega odgovorni vi: šaljite ga samo onome kome doista treba.
Rješavanje problema
- Ne vidim svoja očitanja. Provjerite jeste li u pravoj zgradi i je li vaše članstvo aktivno.
- Ne vidim ovaj dio uopće. Vaša zgrada ga možda nije uključila.
Česta pitanja
Vide li susjedi koliko trošim?
Ne. Vaša očitanja vidite vi i predstavnik stanara vaše zgrade. Ostali stanari ne.
Šalje li Conexa očitanja distributeru?
Ne. Conexa ih samo prikuplja na jednom mjestu. Što će s njima dalje, stvar je dogovora u vašoj zgradi.
Zašto dvije tarife?
Jer većina brojila u Hrvatskoj mjeri višu i nižu tarifu odvojeno. Ako vaše ima samo jednu, drugu jednostavno ostavite praznom.

No more notes and messages
Instead of someone going door to door every month or collecting numbers over messages, everyone enters their own reading. Your building representative then has them all in one place.
Entering a reading
You enter readings by tariff – the higher and the lower separately, as they appear on the meter. Along with your membership you can also save your meter number (OMM) and serial number, so you do not have to hunt for them every month.
All your earlier readings are in your own history – handy when you want to compare your usage with last year.
If you are the building representative
You see every resident’s readings, grouped by month and by person, and you can export them to PDF and share them on – with the property manager or the utility company, for instance.
This is sensitive data. Readings say something about people’s habits – when they are home, when they are away. That is why they are available only to that building’s representative. If you export a PDF, it becomes your responsibility from then on: send it only to someone who genuinely needs it.
Troubleshooting
- I cannot see my readings. Check that you are in the right building and that your membership is active.
- I cannot see this feature at all. Your building may not have switched it on.
Frequently asked questions
Can my neighbours see how much I use?
No. Your readings are seen by you and by your building’s representative. Other residents cannot.
Does Conexa send readings to the utility company?
No. Conexa only gathers them in one place. What happens with them next is for your building to agree.
Why two tariffs?
Because most meters measure a higher and a lower tariff separately. If yours has only one, simply leave the other blank.
