Svake zime isto pitanje i isti nesporazumi. Raspored to rješava jednom: predstavnik stanara posloži tko je kojeg dana na redu, i svi vide isto.

Kad ste vi na redu

Otvorite raspored i vidite svoj datum. Ništa ne morate potvrđivati – samo znati.

Ako baš taj dan ne možete

Pošaljite zahtjev za izuzeće s tog datuma. Putujete, bolesni ste, imate obveze – razlozi su ljudski i uobičajeni.

Zahtjev nije isto što i odobrenje. Predstavnik stanara ga mora pregledati i odlučiti. Dok to ne učini, vi ste i dalje na rasporedu. Ako je hitno, javite mu se i izravno.

Ako ste predstavnik stanara

Raspored stvarate tako da odaberete stanare i razdoblje. Poslije vidite pristigle zahtjeve za izuzeće i rješavate ih. Cijeli raspored možete i obrisati ako treba krenuti ispočetka – primjerice kad se promijeni tko živi u zgradi.

Piše da raspored nije pronađen

To nije kvar. Znači da vaša zgrada još nema napravljen raspored. Ako je snijeg već pao, podsjetite predstavnika stanara.

Česta pitanja

Mogu li se sam maknuti s rasporeda?

Možete poslati zahtjev za izuzeće, ali odluka je na predstavniku stanara. Da se svatko može sam brisati, raspored ne bi imao smisla.

Vrijedi li ovo samo za snijeg?

Modul je zamišljen za čišćenje snijega, ali ništa vas ne sprječava da ga koristite za bilo koji redovni raspored koji se vrti po stanarima.

Who clears and when

Every winter, the same question and the same misunderstandings. A rota settles it once: your building representative sets out who is on which day, and everyone sees the same thing.

When it is your turn

Open the rota and you will see your date. There is nothing to confirm – just to know.

If you cannot make that particular day

Send a request to be excused from that date. You are travelling, you are ill, you have commitments – the reasons are human and ordinary.

A request is not the same as approval. Your building representative has to look at it and decide. Until they do, you are still on the rota. If it is urgent, get in touch with them directly as well.

If you are the building representative

You create the rota by choosing residents and a period. Afterwards you see the requests to be excused and deal with them. You can also delete the whole rota if you need to start again – when who lives in the building changes, for instance.

It says no rota was found

That is not a fault. It means your building does not have a rota yet. If the snow has already fallen, give your building representative a nudge.

Frequently asked questions

Can I take myself off the rota?

You can send a request to be excused, but the decision rests with your building representative. If everyone could remove themselves, a rota would be pointless.

Is this only for snow?

The feature is designed for snow clearing, but nothing stops you using it for any regular rota that rotates among residents.
